Gründe: Tolles Geschäft mit SUPER BERATUNG und immer ein offenes Ohr, wenn es (Strick/Woll) Probleme gibt! Preis/Leistung top! Es gäbe viele Gründe.... Selber hingegen und gucken Daher kann ich die Rezension von Frau Schuster nicht teilen! Was already a regular customer of the retired previous owner and I gladly stayed with MARTINA. Reasons: Great deal with SUPER ADVICE and always an open ear if there are (knit / wool) problems! Price / performance top! There are many reasons ... but do it yourself and see Therefore I cannot share Ms. Schuster's review!

Leider erhielt ich die Auskunft "Ich weiss ja nicht wie sie stricken..." und "Meine Mengenangaben stimmen immer." Leider kein konstruktiver Umgang mit wohlmeinender Kritik. After I did not get along with the recommended amount of wool for my socks (despite advice) I called the shop to announce this and to improve the advice for other customers. Unfortunately I received the information "I don't know how to knit ..." and "My quantities are always correct." Unfortunately, no constructive handling of well-meaning criticism.

Immer, wenn ich dort bin, sind mind. ein oder zwei Stammkundinnen da, was wohl auch für die Inhaberin spricht! Ich habe auch schon öfters gesehen, dass Martina Kundinnen bei ihren Strickwerken geholfen hat, wenn diese nicht mehr weiter wussten. Small business with extensive, qualitative selection. Very competent and friendly advice. Whenever I am there, at least one or two regular customers are there, which probably also speaks for the owner! I have often seen that Martina helped customers with their knitting, if they did not know any further.

Wunderschön geordnetes und übersichtliches Geschäft auch noch dazu. You are received in an incredibly personable and helpful manner. Even the most absurd questions are solved. Beautifully organized and clear business too.

I visited other yarn shops in Vienna, but they didn’t have as wide a range from affordable all the way to luxury options. Martina was much more helpful and friendly than the sales staff at other yarn shops. This was a bit out of the way for me, but it was definitely worth the trip. Prices were about 25% lower than what I would have found closer to city center, and the service was so much better.
