Es ist ja schon perfect das es im Web noch ne Adresse gibt , dann fährt man 80 km hin und sieht ne verklebte Auslage . Wenn man die Homepage nicht pflegt gibt es keinen guten Statement . If this shop still existed, stars could be awarded. But unfortunately this shop no longer exists. It is already perfect that there is still an address on the web, then you drive 80 km and see a glued display. If you don't maintain the homepage there is no good statement.

Ich musste auf meine bestellte und bereits bezahlte Wolle über 2 Wochen warten (Lieferdatum wurde mir bekannt gegeben). Da ich keine Nachricht über den Verbleib der Ware bekam, habe ich eine Email an die Service-Adresse geschrieben um höflich nachzufragen - es könnte ja ein Fehler passiert sein. Keine Antwort. Bald darauf habe ich versucht telefonisch Kontakt herzustellen - niemand da, kein Rückruf. Schon verzweifelt und frustiert habe ich von der Mealana-Website aus das Kontaktformular bemüht. Wieder einige Tage vergingen und... endlich ein Lebenszeichen mit der Entschuldigung das durch die Umsiedlung des Verkaufslokales technische Schwierigkeiten entstanden seien. Und das hätte man mir innerhalb von nun schon 3 vergangenen Wochen nicht früher sagen können? Noch jetzt ärgere ich mich um meine Treue als Kundin, denn die nächste Enttäuschung folgte prompt: Als Wiedergutmachung wurde mir groß angekündigt, das bei meiner - auf Wochen verspäteten Lieferung - Goodie-Geschenke beiliegen würden. Und was war....? Nichts! Bis auf meine Wolle war nichts im Paket. Außer man bezeichnet neuerdings Verpackungspapier als Kundengeschenk? Schon wieder eine mentale Ohrfeige. Nach einem Email an Mealana mit der Kunde die Ware und das imaginäre Goodie wären nun angekommen bekam ich keine Stellungnahme. Liebes Mealana-Team! Jetzte wäre der richtige Moment gekommen zu zeigen, wie man sich bei einer langjährigen Kundin die man wochenlang im Ungewissen läßt entschuldigt. As a long-term customer, I have unfortunately been bitterly disappointed with the service at Mealana! I had to wait over 2 weeks for my ordered and already paid for wool (delivery date was announced to me). Since I didn't get any message about the whereabouts of the goods, I wrote an email to the service address to politely ask - an error could have occurred. No Answer. Soon afterwards I tried to establish contact by phone - no one there, no callback. Desperate and frustrated, I tried the contact form on the Mealana website. A few more days passed and ... finally a sign of life with the excuse that the relocation of the shop had caused technical difficulties. And you couldn't have told me that earlier within the past 3 weeks? I am still annoyed about my loyalty as a customer, because the next disappointment followed promptly: As compensation, I was given a big announcement that goodie gifts would be included with my delivery, which was weeks late. And what was ...? Nothing! Except for my wool there was nothing in the package. Unless packaging paper is now being referred to as a customer gift? Another mental slap in the face. After an email to Mealana with the customer the goods and the imaginary goodie would have arrived, I received no comment. Dear Mealana team! Now would have been the right moment to show how to apologize to a long-term customer who has been left in the dark for weeks.

Pre-order better or call on arrival before. With advice really great, very friendly and great with children. Favorite shop in Wr. Neustadt's city center.

War jetzt drei Mal dort und bin immer wieder gern da. Besser als manch anderes Handarbeitsgeschäft in der Gegend. I found the advice great. Very quick and courteous. Obviously they know something about their subject there! Have been there three times now and always enjoy being there. Better than some of the other handicraft shops in the area.
