Letztendlich habe ich mich für das Touring 12,6 Nature zuzüglich einem Fiberglas Paddel von Stemax entschieden. Vom Board und Paddel bin ich begeistert. Doch über fachliche Vorzüge dieser Kombi können Kenner mit Sicherheit mehr fachsimpeln. Was mich tatsächlich mindestens genau so beeindruckt hat war die schnelle Auslieferung und die unglaublich schnelle Bearbeitung meiner E-Mail Anfrage. Super Kompetenz, Klasse Service, Top-Qualität des Produktes.Ich bin begeistert.Besser geht nicht.
I bought my first board and found out which shape would be best for me online. In the end, I decided on the Touring 12.6 Nature plus a fiberglass paddle from Stemax. I'm excited about the board and paddle. But connoisseurs can certainly talk more shop about the technical advantages of this combination. What actually impressed me at least as much was the fast delivery and the incredibly fast processing of my email request. Super competence, great service, top quality of the product. I'm thrilled. It couldn't be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paddel bestellt, das laut Onlinebestand noch vorrätig war. 111,00 inklusive Versand auf der Kreditkarte reserviert. Den Tag darauf die Info, dass das Paddel ausverkauft sei - während es online noch immer mit Bestand bestellbar war.
Auftrag also storniert, Reservierung auf der Kreditkarte sollte aufgehoben werden, heute wurde das Geld dann abgebucht. Ich hasse es wie die Pest, wenn ich meinem Geld hinterherlaufen muss. Für mich ist die Firma durch, scheint von Chaos regiert zu sein...
Ordered a paddle that was still in stock according to the online inventory. 111.00 including shipping reserved on the credit card. The next day the information that the paddle was sold out - while it could still be ordered online with stock.
So the order was canceled, the reservation on the credit card should be canceled, the money was then debited today. I hate it like the plague when I have to chase my money. For me the company is through, seems to be ruled by chaos ...

Aufgrund der momentanen Liefersituation haben wir dann ausnahmsweise das Ausstellungsstück des Touring Nature sofort mitnehmen dürfen. Das hat die letzten Tage im Urlaub total versüßt - tolles Board! Wir kommen sicher wieder! ?
We were there with the family spontaneously and were given super nice advice. Due to the current delivery situation, we were allowed to take the Touring Nature exhibit with us immediately. That made the last few days on vacation really sweet - great board! We'll be back for sure! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben jetzt schon 3 Boards von Stemax in der Familie. Alle sind top verarbeitet und es ist ein merklicher Qualitätsunterschied zu anderen Herstellern in der Preisklasse feststellbar. Der Kontakt zum Hersteller war super freundlich und kompetent in der Abwicklung der Bestellung. Kann man nur empfehlen.
We already have 3 boards from Stemax in the family. All are well made and there is a noticeable difference in quality compared to other manufacturers in the price range. The contact to the manufacturer was super friendly and competent in processing the order. I can only recommend it.
