★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Österreich ist soooo schön und am schönsten ist für mich die Steirische Kalkspitze von der Oberhütte am See aus zu erklimmen aber Vorsicht, nur für absolut trittfeste u schwindelfreie Wanderer!
 Austria is soooo beautiful and the most beautiful for me is the Styrian Kalkspitze from the Oberhütte am See to climb but beware, only for absolutely firm and giddy hikers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderbarer Aussichtsberg mit der Möglichkeit auch die gegenüberliegende Lungauer Kalkspitze zu erklimmen.
Für Geübte bietet sich die Möglichkeit diese beiden aussichtsreichen Gipfel beginnend von der Ursprungalm aus und über Brotrinnl und in weiterer Folge über den teilweise ausgesetzten Grat zuerst die Steirischen Kalspitze zu besteigen und von dort weiter zur Lungauer Kalkspitze zu wandern. Der Abstieg kann dann über den Normalweg zur Giglachseehütte erfolgen. Die Mühe wird mit einem grandiosen Ausblick und auch beeindruckenden Tiefblicken belohnt.

For experienced, there is the possibility of these two promising summit starting from the Ursprungalm and about Brotrinnl and subsequently on the partially exposed ridge, first to climb the Styrian Kalspitze and from there continue to Lungauer Kalkspitze to hike. The descent can then be made via the normal route to the Giglachseehütte. The effort will be rewarded with a magnificent view and impressive views.

Very nice summit that requires a little fitness, a head for heights and surefootedness ... nothing for beginners !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die steirische Kalkspitze ist Wunderschön!!! Der Weg hinauf ist zwar nicht ganz ungefährlich, aber oben angekommen wird man mit einem Traumhaften 360° Blick belohnt! Der Weg über den Grad ist jedoch nur für geübte und trittsichere Bergsteiger zu empfehlen, da ein falscher Tritt in den Tod führen kann.

Very nice summit. In good weather with a great view, in fog only a sporting goal. Requires stamina and sure-footedness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von der Ursprungalm über Giglachsee zum Gipfel und dann weiter über den Oberhüttensee zurück zur Ursprungalm ist eine ordentliche Tageswanderung, die mit dem Busfahrplan zur Ursprungalm vereinbar ist.
Herrlicher Ausblick vom Gipfel. Trittsicherheit ist kein Fehler.
From the Ursprungalm via Giglachsee to the summit and then on over the Oberhüttensee back to the Ursprungalm is a decent day hike that is compatible with the bus schedule to the Ursprungalm.
Magnificent view from the summit. Surefootedness is not a mistake.
