بصراحة شقق واسعة ومتوفر فيها كل شي ومكانها ممتاز وتعامل اصحابها ولا اروع كانه بيتكم هاذي ثاني مرة احجز فهالشقق والاطلالة عجييبة بالشقة رقم ٧ و ٢ وقريبه من من الساحة ..

الشقه تمشي ترا فيه غرف فيها سرير كرسي مع مطبخ وترا الفندق مافيه لفت بهدلت الوالده عندي ومافيه غرف في الارض وميزته بس قريب من الاسواق والاحتياجات اليوميه

Locație perfecta la raport calitate/localizare/pret. Situată chiar lângă punctul de plecare al telecabinei dar totusi zona foarte liniștită. Si in acelasi timp foarte aproape (la 200 metri) de centrul orasului. Gazde primitoare si grijulii sa fie pe cat posibil totul in regula. Se descurcă si cu engleza. Chiar dacă apartamentele sunt vechi, totusi au un gust de modern, proprietarul fiind de altfel si patronul unei afaceri/magazin fashion care pune accentul pe style si design, genul celor din Benetton. La fel si mini-hotelul de apartamente e cu bun gust si cu un modern "timpuriu" i-aș spune. De obicei apartamentele au 2 camere din care cea de-a doua e si bucătărie dar care are si două paturi gen sofa laterale. În dormitorul principal era un pat matrimonial mare, si acesta beneficia si de balcon, iar aici tâmplăria era din aluminiu. Pe cand in camera-bucătărie era tâmplăria de la geam de lemn, dar destul de solidă încât să nu simti probleme gen curenți de aer sau chiar si zgomotul il atenua destul de bine. Bucătăria echipată destul de bine, cu plita cu inducție, vase suficiente si masina de spălat vase. Noua ne-a lipsit un cuptor sau macar unul cu microunde... ne-au zis ca ne aduc, dar erau sărbătorile si probabil pana după ele ...au uitat. Dar am inteles ca era cumva singurul apartament care nu avea asa ceva (apartamentul de la ultimul etaj imediat pe dreapta lângă scara). În rest foarte multumit si mai ales de zona Zell am See in general si in particular in sezonul de ski, si mai ales de privelistile deosebite si cu lacul renumit de acolo. Atașeze si o poza cu sticla de vin pe care am gasit-o in apartament drept bun venit împreună cu niste prăjiturile (erau deja mâncate, nu apar in poza). Locația beneficiază de parcare gratuită.

الموقع قريب جداً من السنتر والبحيره.. المكان مرتب ونظيف.. المطبخ كامل.. الاثاث قديم نوعاً ما. والارضيه خشبيه وتطلع صوت مع المشي.. سكنت بالدور الاخير، وتعبت من شيل الشناط . واي فاي ممتاز بسبب قرب المودم مني?. مواقف مجانية

The place in general GOOD. But you need big effort every day to reach the lake, and i wish there is a fast wifi + soup for the bathroom.

Perfectly located appartment suitable for family with small children. Perfect skiing holiday place. The property is perfectly located 30m from ski lift in the city. There are parking spots on the property itself. Grocery shops and restaurants are located within 2 min of walk. These are really good equipped apartments suitable for one weeks stay. Ski equipment storage room is located in ground level-easily accessible from outside. The building is recently renovated. Owners are very friendly and were ready to take care of our every request. Kitchen is equipped with induction cook top and microwave/grill oven. Decent size refrigerator is also provided. In every room was smart TV set installed. It was warm enough and we had no problem with hot water. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. We are family with 2 small children ( 5 and 2 y.o.)and my wife's parents were with us. There was enough room for all of us. I have read other reviews and brought our own towels and toiletries.I find it OK since this property is actually apartment and not a hotel. We are looking forward to coming again next year.
