★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an American who doesn't speak so much German and I was panicking trying to find a place to stay in Zell am See at the last minute one evening making calls from an internet cafe in Salsburg at about 8:00 PM. I mostly found people who hung up on me. But when I called Villa Klothilde, the woman was very friendly and left a key locked for my midnight arrival. I wasn't even asked for a credit card and didn't need to pay until the next morning. The breakfast provided was excellent. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great facility, comfortable bed, nice value. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back some day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice owners and staff, who try their best to make you feel at home. Rooms/apartments are clean and in good shape. Great location right next to a ski lift. Basically almost downtown of Zell am See.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel is perfect for any traveller, it is 2 min from the train station and shopping centre.
The rooms are reasonably clean. The home made breakfast was good. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I recommend two enhancement to be considered, the checkout time of 11:00 a.m is to be extended to 12 noon the least and to furnish the rooms with toiletries such as shampoo, air conditioner and soap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly family run small hotel. Rooms well equipped and very tidy. Super strong shower power with hot water. All you need after long day on the slope. Warm room for your ski equipment. Excellent breakfast . Close to one ski lift. About 10 minutes walk in full gear to City Express main lift. The hosts couldn't be more welcoming and smiles always when see you. Literally you feel like home away from home. Highly recommended and definitely will come back if visiting Zell am See again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is very clean and they offer a good breakfast. Location is nice (close to the skibus connection as well), and they offer good facilities to store your ski equipment. The staff is friendly and they were very helpfull when we wanted to extend our stay with an extra day.
