A	Anand Shetye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb hotel to stay in this beautiful town. Rooms are really well done and the interior of the hotel is lovely. We had only breakfast here and it was lavish. Service is prompt and staff is friendly. Its bit expensive but worth it.
m	mustafa alsalem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat was not clean.. Hair on the bed and some bugs all over the flat. Another flat was given instead, yet it was not clean. Also, the flat does not contain any means of air conditioning other than opening the windows. In addition, the hotel doesn't have baggage service. The only good thing about this hotel is view. Staying in this hotel ruined my vacation plan.
E	E M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, close to everything location. We were lucky to get a room facing the side of the building and it was very quite. Other units facing the mountain must be even quiter. However, there is a very busy street in front of the hotel, so we can only guess whether it was noisy in there or not for other guests. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. A kettle with an auto switch-off function would be very helpful. As well as, instructions on how to operate the washing machine.

The description says breakfast included, but i suggest you check your rate, i don't think it is for apartments, maybe only the hotel rooms. The apartments are very clean, tidy, new (2017) and mostly fitted with modern appliances and furniture. One review mentioned the rooms being dirty. That's not my experience, but i can concur that there were long black hairs here and there (on towels and sheets), which must just be from the cleaners; there's nothing 'dirty' about it, but perhaps more care or headscarves needed. The restaurant and bar area are very nice, and the food was good and reasonably priced. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The view of the lake and mountains is very pretty.
R	Rashid Salem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is beautiful and wonderful, and it has a view of the mountains of the area and part of the lake, but it has some flaws, such as the hotel's proximity to the street and the noisy road, the pillows are old and uncomfortable, the reception closes after 6 pm

The staff at the receptions are really nice and cooperative and always smiling. Actually all staff around the hotel were greeting us with a smile. Negative: The room lacks a lot of stuff, No water bottles or tea or coffee No tissue box No lotion, toiletries.. etc Our shower gel was never refilled even when it was empty. Basically renting a room with towels.
