I took it into the shop after advice from apple online who told me they would replace the item in the shop. The shop would not uphold the warranty on this item even though it was defective from normal use. The shop advertises the best service but this is simply not true. I would advise using other stores in Innsbruck such as Saturn, Media Markt or McShark who have much better customer service. Luckily for me apple will replace the item with no charge but it is best to avoid this shop. Sehr schlechter Service. Ich hatte eine Mag Safe Adapter von diesem Geschäft im Oktober letzten Jahres, die es versäumt gekauft. Ich nahm es in den Laden nach einer Beratung von Apple Online, der mir erzählte, sie würden die Artikel im Shop zu ersetzen. Das Geschäft würde sich nicht an die Garantie auf dieses Produkt, auch wenn es aus dem normalen Gebrauch defekt war. Der Shop wirbt den besten Service, aber das ist einfach nicht wahr. Ich würde Ihnen raten, mit anderen Geschäften in Innsbruck wie Saturn, Media Markt oder McShark, die viel besseren Kundendienst zu haben. Zum Glück für mich Apple wird das Element mit keiner Gebühr zu ersetzen, aber es ist am besten, um diesen Shop zu vermeiden. Very poor service. Bisher habe ich alle meine Apple Produkte hier erworben und konnte mich immer auf eine kompetente Beratung verlassen. Die Verkäufer nehmen sich immer Zeit um alles zu erklären und auf jegliche Wünsche einzugehen. Habe vor kurzem erst ein neues MacBook gekauft, werde aber auf jeden Fall mein Nächstes wieder hier kaufen. I've been a Steiger Electronics customer for several years now. So far I have purchased all of my Apple products here and have always been able to rely on competent advice. The salespeople always take the time to explain everything and respond to any requests. Just recently bought a new MacBook but will definitely buy my next one here again.
