S	Sandro Berger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Beratung, sehr kompetente Techniker und schnelle Bearbeitungs- bzw.Reaktionszeit. Musste bei meinem Macbook Pro das Topcase tauschen lassen. Dies wurde schnell erledigt und auch bei nachträglichen Fragen stand das IT-Team jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Reparatur verzögerte sich zwar ein wenig jedoch war das dem Ersatzteil von Apple geschuldet. Hier muss man auch ein großes Lob an die Techniker richten, denn diese haben nicht einfach nur repariert und mir mein Macbook wieder in die Hand gedrückt sondern das Gerät vorher gründlich getestet und sich bei mir gemeldet, dass sich bei dem Ersatzteil ein weiterer Defekt eingeschlichen hat. Somit war bei der Abholung alles super und die Abwicklung auf Garantie lief ohne Probleme. Great advice, very competent technicians and fast processing and response times. Had to have the top case replaced on my Macbook Pro. This was done quickly and the IT team was always available to answer questions afterwards. The repair was delayed a little, but it was due to the replacement part from Apple. Here you have to praise the technicians, because they didn't just repair it and put my Macbook back into my hand, but also thoroughly tested the device beforehand and reported to me that the spare part had another defect . So everything was great when we picked it up and the guarantee process ran without any problems.

Sehr freundliches und fachkundiges Personal und alles in den versprochenen 3-4 Werktagen erledigt. Wurde sogar über die Austauschprogramme bei meinem Modell aufgeklärt. Außerdem schön gestalteter Ausstellungsraum mit ein paar antiken Fundstücken. Gerne jederzeit wieder! Got my Macbook Pro repaired within the warranty. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and everything was done in the promised 3-4 working days. Was even informed about the exchange programs on my model. In addition, a beautifully designed exhibition room with a few antique finds. Gladly again at any time!

Leider konnten sie mir nicht weiterhelfen und haben mir angeboten mir meinen Laptop um weniger als 100€ abzukaufen, was ich nicht annahm. Vor einigen Tagen hatte ich den Laptop einem Bekannten zum Auseinanderbauen geschenkt, der sich gut mit Computern auskennt. Dieser brauchte nur 2 Minuten und hatte das Problem behoben, da nur ein Stecker locker war. Außerdem fehlte nach dem Service des IT Teams eine Schraube bzw. wurden Schrauben durch andere ersetzt. Da ich mich selbst nicht mit Computern auskenne, hätte ich es bis heute nicht bemerkt. Deshalb musste ich mir vor 3 Jahren einen neuen Laptop kaufen. I was with the IT team 3 years ago with my MacBook Pro. Unfortunately they could not help me and offered me to buy my laptop for less than 100 €, which I did not accept. A few days ago I had given the laptop to a friend who knows a lot about computers to take apart. It only took 2 minutes and fixed the problem as only one plug was loose. In addition, one screw was missing after the service by the IT team or screws were replaced by others. Since I am not familiar with computers myself, I would not have noticed until today. That's why I had to buy a new laptop 3 years ago.

Ich habe die riesige Dateimenge meiner Fernseh-Tipps auf Word gehabt und musste dies in 4 Teile zerstückeln. Herr Klingler hat mich so exzellent beraten und mir alles erklärt und jetzt bin ich ganz glücklich. Mit Excel habe ich ja noch nie gearbeitet aber er hat mich so gut eingewiesen, dass alles perfekt ist. Großes Lob für eure Firma. Meine Familie hat ja 3 Macs, 4 iPads und 4 iPhones bei euch gekauft und das schon seit langer Zeit samt Eintäuschen. Ihr Harald Mayr Absam Dear boss, I really need to thank you. Because I am very happy with the solution (Excel) that you gave me Mr. Klingler has submitted. I have a huge amount of files on my TV tips on Word and had to chop it up into 4 parts. Mr. Klingler gave me such excellent advice and explained everything to me and now I am very happy. I've never worked with Excel, but I was so good at it instructed that everything is perfect. I've used IT-Team several times for MacBook and iPhone battery and screen replacements and also purchased accessories from them. They always offer quick turnarounds, great communication (in English or German), and perfect repairs. They were also able to loan a MacBook to me for a fair price, which is better service than you'd get from Apple directly.
