★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Wollte meinen Betreuer dort hin wechseln, weil ich in die Nähe umgezogen bin. Wurde mehrmals abgewiesen ohne einen plausiblen Grund. Irgendwann merkte ich, dass der Betreuer rasistisch war. Hatte noch nie so einen Fall wie diesen bis jetzt. Mich wundert es, dass die Sparkasse, solche Leute überhaupt erst einstellt. Habe es weitergemeldet, weil es ne Frechheit ist.
Had a very bad experience. Wanted to change my supervisor because I moved to nearby. Was rejected several times without a plausible reason. At some point I realized that the caregiver was rash. Never had such a case like this until now. I am surprised that the savings bank, such people in the first place. Have it reported, because it is a joke.
