Das Konzept des Personaltrainings und der verkürzten Trainingseinheiten überzeugt deutlich leichter meinen inneren Schweinehund. Die Muskelverspannungen werden bis jetzt auch schneller behoben.
Totally friendly and motivating trainers. Everyone is very friendly and the concept is well thought out. The concept of personal training and the shortened training units are much easier to convince my weaker self. The muscle tension has been resolved faster up to now.
