★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Erfahrung gemacht mit dem Kundenservice von Swiss Life. Als ich eine Änderung des Vertrages machen wollte fühlte sich niemand zuständig. Trotz mehrmaliger Anrufe und Emails keine Reaktion. Musste den Vertrag umständlich mit dem Anbieter direkt ändern.
Bad experience with Swiss Life customer service. When I wanted to change the contract, nobody felt responsible. No response despite repeated calls and emails. Had to laboriously change the contract with the provider directly.
