Walking through Hallstatt we find this square that has in its center a statue of the Holy Trinity. The plague column of the Holy Trinity is not as ceremonial and representative as in Vienna, here it is small - to match the tiny Hallstatt, but the Baroque style can still be traced. There is a column in a small main square with colorful houses with miniature cute balconies that are decorated with lush plants. And the village itself stands on the shore of a crystal clear lake and is surrounded on all sides by picturesque mountain ranges. All around beauty and joy for the eyes. However, the bright impressions from Hallstatt were spoiled by the inept organization of the trip by our Ukrainian tour operator Tango Travel. He offered an elective from Salzburg at a cost of 40 euros. At the same time, due to stinginess, I rented a bus for only 4 hours, so we were given only an hour to inspect. This was enough to almost run to the central square, taking photos in a hurry along the way. What museums, churches and cafes with shops are there - not up to them. And I wanted to walk calmly and measuredly, enjoying what I saw. I wanted to swim on a boat and take the funicular to the salt mine. But such a program is possible only with an independent trip. Of course, I wanted to come from Salburg on my own, but it takes a long time and with transfers, so I had to take an organized tour. And the weather was bad, it was cold and drizzling. Therefore, I don’t know whether it was necessary to come to Hallstatt in a hurry, as happened with me. But the ubiquitous Chinese liked Hallstatt so much that in 2012 they built an exact copy of it in the city of Luoyang.
