Whoever grumbles here should queue up at the street opposite the GKK. In between there are worlds in terms of courtesy and processing of the matter!

Allgemeine Anfragen über das Onlineportal werden wahrgenommen und Schreiben sind personalisiert mit relevanten Daten und Formularen, welche erwartet werden, und noch dazu in einem sehr höflichen Tonfall. So kann die Kommunikation schnell und angenehm durchgeführt werden. Andere Institutionen sollten sich hier etwas abschauen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
Compared to GKK and PVA, BVAEB is very competent and fast. General inquiries via the online portal are recognized and letters are personalized with relevant data and forms, which are expected, and in a very polite tone. In this way, communication can be carried out quickly and comfortably. Other institutions should learn something here. I'm very satisfied.
