M	Marco Juen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab den Herrn am Telefon gefragt wo ich mir meine SV Auskunft holen kann beziehungsweise ausdrucken lassen kann er sagte nichts legte auf verbindet mich mit einer weiteren Person die aber jedoch nach 5 Minuten wartezeit nicht abhebt bin ziemlich enttäuscht welche Steuergelder wohin gehen und vor allem welche inkompetenten Leute unsere Steuergelder verschwendenwar. I asked the gentleman on the phone where I can get my SV information or have it printed out, he said nothing hung up, connects me with another person who, however, does not answer after 5 minutes of waiting, I am quite disappointed which tax money is going where and, above all, which incompetent people were wasting our tax dollars.

Dieser jemand flüstert so ruhig ins Telefon, dass man gar nicht richtig mitbekommt ob jemand drangegangen ist oder nicht? Wenn man nicht gleich antwortet, wird einfach aufgelegt? When you call, it takes forever for someone to answer the information. This someone is whispering so quietly into the phone that you can't really tell whether someone answered or not? If you don't answer right away, will you just hang up?

Nachdem ich gestern in der Tiefgarage geparkt und das riesige Schild mit der Aufschrift "LIFT" gelesen habe, habe ich mein Neugeborenes ins Wagerl gepackt. Als ich die Tür geöffnet habe, durfte ich erfreut feststellen, dass wir uns in einem Stiegenhaus befinden. Sehr logisch. Als ich das Wagerl wieder zum Auto gefahren habe und nun mit Maxi Cosi am Arm beim Lift angekommen bin, kam die nächste Feststellung: die Lifte sind außer Betrieb. Als ich der ach so tollen (Achtung Sarkasmus!) Beschilderung zum Haupteingang folgte und ich endlich mein Ziel erreicht habe, stand ich vor verschlossenen Türen. Einwurfboxen waren im Foyer aufgestellt. Weitere Kommentare hierzu unterlasse ich. Wieder zurück in der Garage, durfte ich mich vom Garagendienst unverschämt ansprechen lassen, dass die Parktickets bitte vor dem Ausfahren zu entwerten sind. Einfache Lösung: in jedem Stockwerk (so wie es heute Standard ist) Kassenautomaten aufstellen, da das Einpacken eines Maxi Cosis mit hungrigem Kind doch ein weniger länger Zeit in Anspruch nimmt und ich nicht gewillt bin, weitere großzügige Parkspenden zu überreichen. Ich bin gerne bereit die GKK in Kundenfreundlichkeit zu unterstützen, da dies offensichtlich (wie auch die meisten Rezensionen zeigen) bislang daneben gegangen ist. Unfortunately, there are no minus stars in this case. Yesterday, after parking in the underground car park and reading the huge sign that said "LIFT", I packed my newborn into the trolley. When I opened the door, I was pleased to find that we are in a stairwell. Very logical. When I drove the trolley back to the car and now arrived at the lift with Maxi Cosi on my arm, the next realization came: the lifts are out of order. When I followed the oh-so-great (warning sarcasm!) signage to the main entrance and I finally reached my destination, I found the doors closed. Drop boxes were set up in the foyer. I refrain from further comments on this. Back in the garage, I was allowed to be impudently asked by the garage service to validate the parking tickets before leaving the car. Simple solution: set up payment machines on every floor (as is standard today), since packing a Maxi Cosis with a hungry child takes a little longer and I am not willing to hand over any more generous parking donations. I am happy to support the GKK in customer friendliness, since this has obviously (as most reviews also show) gone wrong so far.

Das Bewerbungsgespräch dauert eine Stunde und ist das reinste Verhör über das Privatleben, noch dazu ist die Dame Frau Steinlechner sehr unfreundlich. Gefragt wurden wenige sachliche Fragen. Beispiele für Fragen: wieviele Freunde hat man, was macht man in der Freizeit (4 Hobbys waren nicht genug), was unternimmt man mit seinen Freunden, indirekte Frage nach Kinderwunsch, welche Bücher man liest, wie groß die eigene Wohnung sei usw. Ich habe unzählige Bewerbungsgespräche gehabt, aber so eines ist mir und meinem gesamten Umfeld nicht untergekommen. Niemals hätte ich bei so einer Vorgesetzten und so einem Team zu arbeiten begonnen. Die Vorgesetzte sprach anfangs mit meinen Unterlagen und lies ab, warf mir dann aber vor, den Mund nicht aufzumachen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit. Dieses Vorstellungsgespräch war eine reinste Zumutung. I can only recommend NOT to apply here. The job interview lasts an hour and is the purest interrogation about private life, and the lady Ms. Steinlechner is also very unfriendly. Few factual questions were asked. Examples of questions: how many friends do you have, what do you do in your free time (4 hobbies were not enough), what do you do with your friends, indirect questions about having children, what books do you read, how big is your own apartment, etc. I've had countless job interviews, but I and my entire environment have never had one like this. I would never have started working for such a supervisor and such a team. The supervisor initially spoke to my documents and read them, but then accused me of not opening my mouth. A bottomless cheek. This job interview was a pure impertinence.
