Pretty crowded shop, but always has fresh veggies and fruits. Also best opening hours you can get in Innsbruck

It is like the Pret A Manger in UK and 7/11. Lots of food and other kitchen items. But closed on Sundays. Due to local rules. Opens early in the morning. There is one just next to the railway station.

Good food, convenient location and open longer hours than most shops in Innsbruck. On public holidays this night be the only place open in the city!

MPreis located inside the Innsbruck main station is open any day of the week, which can be helpful, if you effed up your planning. Getting the by car is easy enough, if you don't mind paying for the parking garage under the main station. It's a bit crowded and the selection isn't the best, but great for the possibilities. If you are in a pinch, that's the place to go.

The staff were all so lovely and helpful! ? Love the variety of goods in this supermarket. They are also open until 9pm as most of the other shops are closed by 8pm. I found prices to be very reasonable (ignoring the currency exchange rate as my usual currency is AUD). I bought a whole bagful of goods for just over EU25. A loaf of bread, cheese, a variety of deli meat (including a box of prosciutto), large bottle of juice, 2 bottles of sparkling water, a variety of chocolate, some seafood in a small tub from the deli counter, a bag of salami sticks, a tube of mayo, a couple of hard boiled eggs and a tub of butter. Everything a jet lagged traveller with no kitchen might need upon arrival to the city. ? I will be back…

The supermarket is located right below the Innsbruck main station, next to the market there are plenty of lockers as well. Variety of local tirol beers, wines and cheese you can find there. It was also perfect to grab some snacks before heading to next destination.
