★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the international airport, and unable to assist international customers in purchasing a "regular" coffee. When i arrived i asked for a regular coffee. After going up and down the coffee list they sold me a "verl....", which is a double espresso with water. After I paid, what i assumed to be coffee, i noticed that i was charged for a specialty coffee. After much ado, i finally noticed a coffee maker, and pointed at it. The "barista" finally gave that coffee but refused to reimburse the difference in price. I am completely unimpressed with the level of customer service from an international chain at the international airport at a metropole such as Vienna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small starbucks but excellent service and product quality. They have NO seating options so you’ll have to drink you coffee just like that. But that’s ok if you are sitting hours on a plane

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiter told me that they don’t accept my Starbucks card and it is just a franchise , so basically i asked him if its a fake Starbucks and he said yes !!! I didn’t know fake starbucks exist , the prices were also way more expensive than normal Starbucks....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly stuff but there is no place to sit down and have a break. Instead we were obligated to take coffee away together with all our luggages.
Unfortunately its not possible here to collect stars, but anyway if you are coffee lover and you care about coffee quality, this is a perfect place to enjoy in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're really, really, really lucky. You might get served my Mecha-Karen! OMG, I didn't realise it was possible to pull so many scornful faces in one order. Tone, demeanour and the absolute contempt for anyone ordering coffee from her. They should charge admission to see her.
