★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a 0-star experience. I just asked them to warm up my sandwich and apparently it was enough to piss them off for some reason. One guy was throwing the sandwich around and then gave it back to me deformed and not warm as it only stayed in the grill for 3 seconds. I politely asked if it could be warmed up longer as 3 seconds are not sufficient and they were unwilling to do that. When I paid I said “you should just know that this is quite impolite”; the answer was “bye bye now”. They should either go bankrupt or reconsider their staff altogether. This is completely unacceptable for an international European airport. I feel stupid for paying 10€ for a deformed sandwich and a bottle of water.
