n	nihad cizmah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer sehr unfreundlich meiner Meinung nach. Eines Abends hatte diese Apotheke Notdienst und nach 10 minuten läuten kam immer noch keiner. Erst nach lautem Klopfen auf die Glasscheibe wurde die diensthabende Dame munter und war dann auch noch unfreundlich. Es war aber erst 20 Uhr. Always very rude in my opinion. One evening this pharmacy was on emergency duty and after 10 minutes of ringing still no one came. Only after loud knocking on the glass did the lady on duty perk up and was then also unfriendly. But it was only 8 p.m.

Wenn man hineingeht fühlt man sich schon nicht wohl, weil die angestellten nicht einmal ein freundliches gesicht machen! Unpersönlich ( man hat das gefühl das man dankbar sein muss, bedient zuwerden! Für minisackerl( ganz dünn verlangen sie 30 cent! In hollerapotheke bekommt man grosses ,dickes papiersacke gratis und freundliche bedienung ! Nicht zu empfehlen! In the case of defective medication (there were no drops in the glass) you are asked why you opened it at all (don't have any x-ray eyes), the service was loud and unfriendly! When you go inside you don't feel comfortable because the staff doesn't even look friendly! Impersonal (you have the feeling that you have to be grateful to be served! For mini bags (very thin, they charge 30 cents! In Holler pharmacy you get large, thick paper bags for free and friendly service! Not recommended!

Die besagte Chefin wurde lautstark und wollte mit mir streiten. Ich werde nie wieder dort einkaufen! Very rude and unprofessional! Boss immediately feels threatened in your knowledge if you become a little more specific. Said boss got loud and wanted to argue with me. I will never shop there again!

Sefin ist verückt sie schreit wie eine sau ich habe höheren bultduruck und mir war sehr schleckt aber wenn mir etwas dort geschen würde hate ich sie angezeigt idiyotin die schefin soll erst mensch sein nicht wie tier schrein !!!!!!!!!!!!! Very unfriendly, you are not treated as a person here but like an animal! Sefin is crazy she screams like a pig I have higher bultduruck and I was very bad but if something would be given to me there I would have reported her idiyotin the boss should first be a person not like an animal scream !!!!!!!!!!! !!
L	Liz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast jedes mal unfreundlich! Und die meisten Medikamente müssens bestellen... Update 14.01.22: Mitarbeiter sind viel freundlicher geworden, da geht man wieder gern hin. Almost every time rude! And most medicines have to be ordered... Update 01/14/22: Employees have become much friendlier, people like going there again.

Pharmacy is on night duty today, after waiting 15 minutes and ringing several times, nobody came. Then had to go to another pharmacy.

Pure Frechheit! Worst pharmacy ever, massively rude, ignorant and incompetent. I was not helped and the staff didn't care about my concerns. Pure cheek!

Ich wurde bisher jedes Mal sehr freundlich und respektvoll behandelt! Wenn ein Medikament nicht lagernd ist wird angeboten es zu bestellen und das funktioniert auch sehr gut! Ich bekam alles noch am selben Tag! Das ist in meinen Augen ein sehr guter Service! Ich bin aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht dazu in der Lage eine Maske zu tragen und ich erlebe so einiges in meinem Alltag bezüglich "Service"... In der Staftapotheke war man aber sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll! Ich habe mich als Mensch wahrgenommen gefühlt und möchte mich dafür beim gesamten Team ganz herzlich bedanken! Das ist nicht selbstverständlich aber umso mehr freut es mich eine so tolle Apotheke gefunden zu haben! Ich werde zukünftig nur noch hier einkaufen! So far, I have always been treated very kindly and respectfully! If a drug is not in stock, it is offered to order and that works very well! I got it all the same day! In my opinion, that is a very good service! For health reasons I am not able to wear a mask and I experience a lot in my everyday life with regard to "service" ... In the Staftapotheke they were very friendly and understanding! I felt that I was being perceived as a person and I would like to thank the whole team very much for that! That is not a matter of course, but I am all the more pleased to have found such a great pharmacy! I will only shop here in the future! Thank you for your great work and your human nature!
