D	Daniel Erwin Angermayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bis jetzt waren meine Erfahrungen in dieser Apotheke eigentlich recht positiv, deswegen schien mir ein Stern zu wenig. Ohne die Vorgeschichte wären es eher Null (falls dies möglich wäre). Was mir in den letzten Tagen hier passiert ist hat meine Meinung jedoch stark geändert. Eines der "Medikamente" auf meinen Rezept war nicht vorrätig und musste für mich bestellt werden. Leider habe ich dieses bereits im Voraus bezahlt (was meine Entscheidung war). Als ich bei der Abholung erkennen musste, dass es sie bei dem Präparat um homöopathischen Unfug handelt, wollte ich den Kauf stornieren. Dies war leider nicht möglich und somit habe ich fast 30€ umsonst bezahlt. Auch ein zweites Produkt auf meinem Rezept war Homöopathie, hier wurde mir die Rückgabe aus rechtlichen Gründen verwehrt. Dies ist rechtlich zwar korrekt, aber ein Hinweis auf den fehlenden Wirksamkeitsnachweis vor dem Kauf wäre dennoch angebracht gewesen. Das waren noch einmal 30€, die ich nie wieder sehen werde. So far, my experiences in this pharmacy have actually been quite positive, so one star seemed too few to me. Without the history it would be closer to zero (if that were possible). However, what has happened to me here in the past few days has changed my mind a lot. One of the "drugs" on my prescription was out of stock and had to be ordered for me. Unfortunately, I already paid for this in advance (which was my decision). When I had to realize when picking up that the preparation was homeopathic nonsense, I wanted to cancel the purchase. Unfortunately, this was not possible and so I paid almost € 30 for free. A second product on my prescription was homeopathy, and I was refused a return for legal reasons. This is legally correct, but a reference to the lack of proof of effectiveness before the purchase would have been appropriate. That was another € 30 that I will never see again.

Frau Claudia hat kompetent, geduldig und sehr freundlich alle meine Fragen zur Durchführung eines Covid-Testes vor Ort beantwortet. Auch einen Termin dazu haben wir gleich fixiert und die Bestätigung kam prompt auf mein Handy! Ein wirklich sehr nettes Telefonat!! :-) 5 stars for my first contact with the Holler pharmacy !! Ms. Claudia answered all my questions about carrying out a Covid test on site in a competent, patient and very friendly manner. We also set an appointment for this right away and the confirmation was promptly sent to my cell phone! A really nice phone call !! :-)

Besonders die Frau Claudia mit der ich vor einigen Wochen ein telefonat geführt hatte wo mir vieles unklar erschien, sie hat sofort gehandelt und mir den Ärger genommen und alles so gut wie es ging erklärt echt so eine hilfsbereite/freundliche Dame. Sowohl auch die Frau Mag. ist sehr bemüht und kompetent versucht immer eine Lösung zu finden. Really a great helpful and courteous staff. Especially the woman Claudia, with whom I had a phone call a few weeks ago, where a lot seemed unclear to me, she acted immediately and took my anger away and explained everything as well as it could be explained by such a helpful / friendly lady. Ms. Mag. Is also very hard-working and competent, always trying to find a solution.
n	nicole ziwny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit geraumer Zeit wertet die Holler Apotheke die PCR Tests selbst aus. Ich muss sagen echt top. Testergebnisse sind sehr schnell fertig. Erst letztens haben wir vergessen das wir einen Test fürs Krankenhaus am nächsten Tag brauchen. Obwohl sie eigentlich nur bis 17.15 testen durften wir um kurz nach halb 6 noch kommen. Gegen eine Bezahlung bekommt man das Ergebnis sogar innerhalb von ein par Stunden. Find ich super, danke an das ganze Team. Holler Apotheke has been evaluating the PCR tests itself for some time. I have to say really great. Test results are ready very quickly. Only recently we forgot that we need a test for the hospital the next day. Although they were actually only testing until 5:15 p.m., we were still allowed to come shortly after half past five. For a fee you can get the result within a couple of hours. I think it's great, thanks to the whole team.
