★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss ehrlich sagen, ich war bis jetzt 4 x in der Apotheke und 4 x fühlte ich mich nicht ausreichend betreut. Es gibt halt Geschäfte da fühlt man sich wohl oder nicht. Hier fühlte ich mich nie wohl. Weil es mein persönliches Empfinden ist...wie eigentlich alle Bewertungen gebe ich 2 statt 1 Stern.
I have to honestly say that up to now I have been to the pharmacy four times and four times I did not feel that I was being looked after properly. There are shops where you feel good or not. I never felt comfortable here. Because it is my personal feeling ... like all reviews I give 2 instead of 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In diesem Fall möchte ich sehr gerne ein ganz großes Lob an Frau Mag. Kaufmann- Fürnkranz aussprechen! Sie besitzt nicht nur eine absolut ausgezeichnete Fachkompetenz, sondern auch ihre menschliche Seite ist sehr sympathisch und äußerst herzlich. Selbst am Abend um 20 Uhr (Notdienst) beratet sie einen ausführlich und hat ein Lächeln im Gesicht, trotz Maske. Es macht richtig Freude von ihr beraten zu werden. Es gibt noch einen jungen großen Mann, der auch eine sehr große Kompetenz in seinem Job mitbringt. Wenn Menschen mit "Leidenschaft" ihren Job leben, ist das spürbar. Vielen Dank!
In this case, I would like to express my great praise to Ms. Mag. Kaufmann-Fürnkranz! Not only does she have excellent professional skills, but her human side is also very personable and extremely warm. Even in the evening at 8 p.m. (emergency service), she gives you detailed advice and has a smile on her face, despite the mask. It is a real pleasure to be advised by her. There is still a young, tall man who also has a great deal of expertise in his job. You can feel it when people are "passionate" about their job. Thanks very much!
