Nette Mädels und seit kurzem auch ein netter kompetenter Magister. As a resident in Heidenreichstein, I will not speak badly about our pharmacy - above all, there is nothing bad to report. Nicht zu Empfehlen ? Achtung. I wanted to wound healing a good cream for the facial area. What I got was a perfume-free day cream beyond the 20.- Euro mark. Pure rip-off. Not to be recommended ? Attention.

Kompetente Beratung und Zeit für jeden einzelnen wird hier groß geschrieben! Bin hier immer sehr freundlich "bedient" worden!!! Vielen Dank Wonderful!!! Apart from the very modern and clean premises, all staff are always very courteous and very helpful !!! Competent advice and time for each individual is very important here! B	Be a good Human on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider habe ich immer wieder das Pech, dass ich von Frau Mag. Strasser "abgefertigt" werde. Diese Person legt jedes Mal so eine unsympathische und absolut inkompetente Art an den Tag, dass es mir bereits vergangen ist in diese Apotheke zu gehen. Wenn ich Vergleiche ziehe, habe ich in einer Apotheke noch nie erlebt, dass das Personal nicht grüßt und die Medikamente ohne Beratung ausgibt. Ich bin es gewohnt, dass die Mitarbeiter in einer Apotheke zumindest mitteilen bzw. auf dem Medikament vermerken, wie oft und wie lange man das Medikament einnehmen muss. Der letzte Besuch wurde wieder derart unsympathisch und unkompetent von dieser Frau Mag. Strasser abgewickelt, sodass es mich veranlasst hat diese Rezension zu schreiben. Ich finde es nicht in Ordnung! Bei einem von der Apotheke selbst zusammen gemischten Hustensaft, keine Erklärung zu bekommen, wie oft und wie lange man den einnehmen soll, grenzt schon sehr an einem bewusst inkompetenten Verhalten und wenn jemand nicht gelernt hat zu grüßen, sollte man generell nicht in "Kundenkontakt" stehen. Man merkt, dass sie absolut keine Freude an ihrem Job hat. Unfortunately, I keep having the bad luck that I am "dispatched" by Ms. Strasser. This person shows such an unsympathetic and absolutely incompetent manner every time that I have already gone to this pharmacy. If I make comparisons, I have never seen in a pharmacy that the staff does not say hello and dispenses the medication without advice. I am used to the fact that the employees in a pharmacy at least tell or write on the medication how often and for how long you have to take the medication. The last visit was handled so unsympathetically and incompetently by this woman Mag. Strasser that it prompted me to write this review. I don't think it's okay! In the case of a cough syrup mixed together by the pharmacy itself, not being able to get an explanation as to how often and for how long you should take it, very much borders on consciously incompetent behavior and if someone has not learned to say hello, you should generally not go into "customer contact" stand. You can tell that she has absolutely no pleasure in her job.
