Jedes mal wurde ich zwar sehr rasch bedient jedoch bekam ich im Kundengespräch nur sehr kühle und knappe Antworten! Wurde bei meinen "Besuchen" jedes mal von jemandem anderen bedient und hatte nie ein "gutes" Gefühl beim verlassen der Räumlichkeiten! Sei es bezüglich "Bewilligung" oder "Fachauskunft"... Jede frage wurde sehr wiederwillig beantwortet! Entgegen anderer Apotheken ein riesen Unterschied! Wäre schön wenn sich da bissal mehr Freude gegenüber der Kundschaft einstellen würde! Vielen Dank Unfortunately, I can only award one star here! I do not do it lightly !! Was the third time here ... Every time I was served very quickly but I got in the customer conversation only very cool and terse answers! Was used by someone else during my "visits" and never had a "good" feeling when leaving the premises! Be it in terms of "authorization" or "technical information" ... Any question was answered very reluctantly! Contrary to other pharmacies a huge difference! Would be nice if there bissal more enjoyment of the clientele would set! Many thanks
