A	Andreas Ableidinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab zwar ursprünglich einen anderen Zahnarzt nach sehr langer Suche das ganze Jahr 2018 dann doch einen kompetenten in Wien gefunden, da ich aber gerade ein Problem vor dem Wochenende bekommen habe, wo in meiner Heimat Frau Dr. Marlis Bergmann Notdienst hatte, kam ich hierher um mich als neuer Patient behandeln zu lassen, in der Absicht in Zukunft auch Patient hier zu bleiben um mir den langen Anfahrtsweg nach Wien zu ersparen... Leider wurde ich aber Nicht als neuer Patient angenommen und konnte mich auch leider nicht von Frau Dr. Marlis Bergmann behandeln lassen, da trotz gültiger E-Card ( gültig bis 29.02.2020) die aber leider nicht funktioniert hat, Ich laut Aufnahmeassistentin sofort eine € 30.- Strafe für eine ungültige E-Card hätte leisten sollen um behandelt zu werden. Erst nach Erbringung einer gültigen E-Card würde ich als neuer Patient aufgenommen werden. Es ist schon traurig das man, obwohl einen andauernd eine Gebühr für die E-Card abgebucht wird, man noch für eine nicht funktionierende E-Card praktisch Strafe zahlen soll und hingestellt wird, dass man eine falsche oder gefälschte hätte und erst mit einer "richtigen" E-Card akzepiert wird! Die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter und der Ärztin haben mich aber so überzeugt dass ich nun den Zahnarzt gewechselt habe. Die Ärztin erklärt auf simple Art und Weise um welches Problem es sich handelt und führt dann eine äußerst kompetente Behandlung durch. Mit den bisherigen Zahnärzten wo ich war nicht vergleichbar. Top! Kann ich nur empfehlen. Was originally at a different dentist and only went here because of a broken tooth. The friendliness and competence of the staff and the doctor convinced me so much that I have now changed dentists. The doctor explains in a simple way what the problem is and then carries out an extremely competent treatment. With the previous dentists where I was not comparable. Top! I can only recommend.
V	Verena Kolm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Dr. Bergmann ist eine sehr einfühlsame Zahnärztin die es auch bestens versteht kleinen Kindern die Vorgänge (was wann und warum notwendig ist) vorab verständlich zu erklären. Die Wartezeiten sind absolut in Ordnung, sowohl das warten auf einen Termin als auch vor Ort in der Praxis. Miss Dr. Bergmann is a very empathetic dentist who also knows how to explain the processes in detail (what is necessary and why) in advance. The waiting times are absolutely fine, both waiting for an appointment and on the spot in practice.

Ihr seid ein TOP TEAM. Weiter so! Wer geht schon gerne zum Zahnarzt. Aber wenn schon dann dann zu dieser lieben Zahnärztin. A very nice and very competent dentist. Wirklich toll, weiter so! War schon bei vielen Zahnärzten, aber so eine freundliche Ärztin samt Team findet man selten!!!? Very, very nice and competent dentist! M	Martina B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Bergmann und ihr Team sind sehr freundlich und kompetent, alles wird genau erklärt um die Angst (ja bin auch so ein Zahnarztpaniker ?) zu nehmen. Sie nimmt sich auch für Fragen Zeit und beantwortet sie ausführlich. Für mich die beste Zahnärztin und ich war auch schon bei einigen. Wartezeiten auf Termine und in der Praxis waren für mich immer in Ordnung, dass es mal länger dauert wenn eben ein "Notfall" dazwischen kommt ist klar. Bei Zahnschmerzen bekam ich immer zeitnah einen Termin. Dr. Bergmann and her team are very friendly and competent, everything is explained in detail to take away the fear (yes, I am also such a dental panic ?). She also takes time for questions and answers them in detail. For me the best dentist and I've been to some of them. Waiting times for appointments and in the practice were always okay for me, that it sometimes takes longer when an "emergency" intervenes is clear. If I had a toothache, I always got an appointment promptly.
