Ich habe mir privat einen tollen Drehstuhl aus dem Schäfer Shop in Innsbruck im Jahr 2018 gekauft. Nachdem ich jetzt im Homeoffice sehr viel Zeit darauf verbringe und die Qualität sehr schätze, ist mir aufgefallen, dass eine Rolle nicht mehr gut funktioniert. Ich wollte mir diese Rolle im Schäfer-Onlineshop nachbestellen, war aber nicht sicher, ob das die richtige Rolle ist. Im Online-Chat habe ich meine Frage geschrieben, wurde dann innerhalb von 15 Minuten über Mail kontaktiert, um meine Anfrage zu präzisieren. Das habe ich gemacht und bekam eine Stunde später den Hinweis, dass mir ein ganzer Rollensatz für den Drehstuhl als Servicekulanz kostenfrei zugesandt wird. Das hat mich sehr positiv überrascht und ungeachtet der für mich tollen Qualität des gekauften Produktes auch bestärkt, weiterhin die Produkte des Schäfer Shops im Auge zu behalten, wenn ich etwas benötige. Erstens, weil man auch Ersatzteile dafür kaufen kann und zweitens, weil man sehr pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert im Sinne des Kunden handelt. Alle Achtung - ihr habt mich sehr positiv überrascht! Von der Qualität der Kommunikation bis hin zur Lösung. Ich sage Danke!

I bought a great swivel chair from the Schäfer Shop in Innsbruck in 2018. After spending a lot of time on it in my home office and really appreciating the quality, I noticed that a role no longer works well. I wanted to reorder this role in the Schäfer online shop, but wasn't sure whether it was the right role. I wrote my question in the online chat and was contacted via email within 15 minutes to clarify my request. I did that and an hour later I got the message that a whole set of castors for the swivel chair would be sent to me free of charge as a service courtesy. That surprised me very positively and, regardless of the great quality of the product I bought, also encouraged me to keep an eye on the products in the Schäfer Shop when I need something. First, because you can also buy spare parts for it and, second, because you act very pragmatically and solution-oriented in the interests of the customer. All respect - you surprised me very positively! From the quality of the communication to the solution. I say thanks!
