Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht zu beneiden. Zur Zeit geh Ich lieber zur Konkurrenz ?
 It used to be better.. Maybe worth a visit after all the rearranging and remodeling.
The employees are not to be envied. At the moment I prefer to go to the competition ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende, sympathische Geschäftsführung und ein sehr gepflegtes Einrichtungshaus mit tollen Angeboten. Bin gerne oft hier zum Einkaufen, weil die Atmosphäre einfach gut ist. Mein Bub fragt immer, ob er mitkommen darf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Kundenservice in der Abteilung der Vorhänge war miserabel. Wir wurden kaum beachtet, bekamen kurze und unzureichende Antworten und mussten uns die Vorhänge selbst suchen. Die Verkäuferin war viel eher damit beschäftigt mit ihrer Kollegin über einen ihrer Kollegen zu lästern. Man kann nur hoffen, dass die Angestellte heute einen schlechten Tag hatte und ihre Kunden nicht täglich auf diese Art und Weise empfängt.
Customer service in the curtains department was abysmal. We were hardly noticed, received short and inadequate answers and had to look for the curtains ourselves. The saleswoman was much more concerned with gossip with her colleague about one of her colleagues. One can only hope that the clerk had a bad day today and doesn't greet her customers like this every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly staff. Last time there was a misunderstanding in that we thought opening hours would go until 7pm while really they had open only until 6pm. Nobody gave us any notice, like over speakers etc. but then at around 6:30pm a staff member noticed us and kicked us out as if we had stolen something. Really rude behavior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a cabinet on display, and said, i want that one just the way it is. Waited over 2 months for it. When it finally arrived, there were no drawers and no shelfs. Call them and they said those are extra and that i have to pay 400+ € for it.
If i had known that i would only get the frame and the doors for that price i would have never bought it. And the lady didnt say anything.
Really nice scam. Never going there again.
If you are buying there, check if everything is included in the price or is it extra.
