D	Diana Camerini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality reparation of my hiking shoes. I just picked them up and they are still crack open on the tip, while I waited 2 weeks for reparation. The impression is that they tried to repair them quickly as I needed them within to weeks (as previously agreed). I previously had some other pairs repaired in Italy and the result was almost invisible for the same price (20eur), even without replacement of the sole. Such a disappointment for a mountain shop I assumed to be the best in town! (Update: thanks to Bergfuchs for sending me a full refund!!!! Very much appreciated)

They will help with everything you need, from the dumbest questions to high level discussions of equipments and hiking/climbing topics, even if it takes time. It always feels good to go there and know that I'll be able to ask these things, considering I'm not an expert. The prices tend to be a bit more than what you find online, but because they offer high quality products.

Now, it would have been a 5+ star experience if not very weird customer loyalty system. I really hope my feedback will help you to improve that as there are not so many cool shops in Vienna like this? So, coming to the loyalty system. First of all, I learned about it after my 3rd purchase and from Christoph. None at the cash desk dare too much about it and didn't inform me in the first 2 visits. Secondly, the way it works is very very funny. Whenever you collect 10 bills, you get a 5% voucher for you next purchase. That means if you come and buy several things (like I did) in ONE GO, this counts as ONE purchase. Overall I bought 12 items for around EUR 1800 split between 4 bills and still don't get voucher? is this really a loyalty program or a joke? Let's face it, those investments are for long term and once you equipped, you buy next time in 3-5years. With this approach, I might get the discount in 10years only or I would have split my purchase between 10 visits (which would be another level of stupidity). I hope you consider that. Otherwise, nice shop.
