r	riccardo agostini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst 4 stars I be ever seen before. The room was a nightmare, small with a bathroom not a bathroom. Probably it was built 40 years ago and never updated. The breakfast just eggs and some cheese. You can’t pay 130 euros for these 2 stars hotel. Turn off this place believe me!!
r	richard beaumont on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked with Inghams and it was listed as a 4 star hotel, well maybe it was 4 star back in the 1980's but no longer!, the decor was so out of date, the carpets were thread bare and even a rug that had been placed over the worst part was also worn out, the white plastic balcony furniture left marks on clothing until i washed them clean having to use shower gel, the beds had large holes in the cloth on the base where it had worn through, the TV was badley hung (not level) with the ariel and power cables going over 2 metres across the wall to the sockets, the sink in the bathroom was cracked, all this and we paid over £181.50 per person to upgrade to a superior room! nearly forgot to mention the food, 4 star and serving frozen mixed vegetables, we have sent an email of complaint to Inghams Travel and they have offered a refund of only £150, the superior room upgrade cost £363 extra We will not be travelling with Inghams Travel again, very disappointing.

L	Lieneke Bakker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I rented 2 standard rooms. When checking in there was no staff to be found at the hotel for at least 20 minutes. The rooms were very bad they look nothing like the adds we have seen when we booked. They were very small and the beds were terrible you could feel the springs through the mattress. The bathroom was very dated and the toilet was placed very oddly in front of the sink. There were barely any sockets in the room for charging your phone. When checking out we told the receptionist how unhappy we were with the rooms and you simply can't rent these rooms when you're a 4 star hotel. They gave us a 10% discount which was nice of them but unfortunately I can't say I would like to return to this place.
