H	Harald Walter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beds are a bit worn out already, they were substantially more supportive at a newer Explorer Hotel. No vegan options for breakfast, please add locally sourced plant based "milk" or yoghurt, it's a simple addition which makes a huge difference for vegans / people preferring a plant based diet. Otherwise 5 stars. Rooms, bathrooms and facilities in general were nice.

Once you open the balcony door, immidietaly you have cigarette smoke in your room. This I find strange, because first it's a sport hotel (sport and smoking does not go together well), and second you come to Alps to enjoy the fresh air and instead you should "enjoy" the cigarette smoke? On the other hand nice rooms, good food, nice location and personnel.
R	Robert Tagscherer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We'd stay here for a night as part of our team building event. The area is simply amazing and offers a huge variety of activities of all kinds. There's easily accessible free WiFi in the whole Hotel and we were pleased that the conference room could comfortably fit our big team. The food and drinks at the bar were good and there should be something to everyone's liking. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome, as did the rooms. No complaints whatsoever. I'd be happy to visit here again!
P	Pei Jing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was sparkling clean, cosy, and self sufficient. A little too warm (even for winter), esp with the duvet on, but not a big issue. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Really professional too. Parking was conveniently located at their garrage, for EUR 5. Free breakfast was amazing! Had a wide range of (vegetarian options) breads, jams, cereals, coffee, cheese. Location was good too, with several good restaurants in the vicinity.
J	Jan Fester on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing I enjoyed about this hotel is the sauna and steam. The rest is just fake. Location - next to a noisy road and a cowhouse (smells great...). Room does not have even a chair to sit on normally. Bathroom OK. When someone is walking on the corridor, noise in the room feels like a disco. Flashing fire alarm on the ceiling all night. Breakfast - if you want an egg you need to cook it yourself. You need to choose short time slot the day before for your breakfast. Then you will sit at a table which they will choose for you. Worst Breakfast experience ever. For hiking no information provided, no maps, no texts, the staff doesn't have a clue about surroundings. The TV has apps, but it is not connected to the Internet. Obviously ill member of the staff working without a mask when not talking to guests. Don't get confused by its marketing, it is average price hotel with services matching cheap hostel.
B	Bubblegum Dip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself was very clean and modern (which is one of the reasons why we booked it). The rooms were a higher standard than we expected, lots of storage space, nice bathroom, a TV and pretty cosy. The breakfast was even better than expected and so were the spa facilities. The one issue seemed to be that they didn't have enough staff on shift at a time, especially in the evenings, particularly as they had conferences booked in almost every night. With one person seemingly running the reception, bar, kitchen the staff often appeared stretched and stressed out. One member of the team was particularly cold and unfriendly at all times and made everyone in our group feel uncomfortable about asking for any assistance or just generally being in the lobby area, which left a sour taste on an otherwise good experience.

A	Andreas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ++ Nothing to criticize ++ We’ve been in two other Explorer hotels before. So we know the concept, the house and the rooms. We like it due to the smart structure of the room and the very friendly staff. You can ask everything and it’s easy to get in touch. Furthermore we like the mindset for cooperate with the local restaurants, shops and other business. The opportunity for parking in the garage is convenient and also the room in the basement for drying ski equipment is very helpful. In total we can recommend the hotel and I’m sure we will come back. Thanks for having us ?
