★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte bei meinem Skischuh eine Schraube und die Schnallenbefestigung verloren. Zuerst wurde ich vom Geschäft am Lift zum Hauptgeschäft in den Ort geschickt. Dort wurde mir gesagt, dass auch hier keine Ersatzteile geführt werden. Bei einem Laden mit Verkauf, Verleih, Skiservice und Skischule ist es schwer vorstellbar, dass es nicht mal eine Kiste mit Standard-Artikeln oder wenigstens Schrauben gibt. Ein kurzer Blick und ein Griff in die Schraubenkiste hätte vermutlich genügt um wenigstens eine Notlösung für den Tag zu finden. Zumindest hätte man es mal versuchen können. Sorry Sport Mayer, das geht besser!!!
I had lost a screw and the buckle attachment on my ski boot. First I was sent from the lift shop to the main shop in town. There I was told that no spare parts are available here either. In a shop with sales, rental, ski service and ski school, it is difficult to imagine that there is not even a box with standard items or at least screws. A quick look and a grip on the screw box would probably have been enough to find at least one emergency solution for the day. At least you could have tried it. Sorry Sport Mayer, you can do better !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cranky rental guy, bossing his clients around rudely, no signs about how the rental procedure works which leads to chaos and long waits.
Skis are fine, but for the service issues I would rent otherwhere next time. Or ask how it works (they want you to stand in line once for shoes, then again for skies)
