★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unverschämtheit, wir kommen mit einem kaputten Skistock in den Laden und fragen freundlich nach einem neuen günstigen Modell, da soll uns ein Paar Skistöcke für 70€ vom genervten und gelangweilten Sohn abgedreht werden. Auf Nachfrage, was das günstigste Modell kostet, heißt es 50€ und aufwärts. Zwei Minuten später kommt unsere Tochter mit einem Modell für 35 € um das Regal herum. Plötzlich gibt es dann doch noch eines für 30€, aber vergleichen darf man nicht, nachfragen auch nicht und als wir zum Ausstellungsstück den zweiten Stock gern hätten, heißt es, aber nur wenn wir uns vorher entscheiden, welchen wir nehmen, weil Herr Sohn keine Lust hatte zu suchen??? Wir kommen über 10 Jahre nach Dienten, Porto Sport hat uns zum letzten Mal gesehen! Wir empfehlen den ausgezeichneten Service von Intersport in Maria Alm oder Sport Klaus in Mühlbach. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um, sondern sucht sich einen anderen Job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zeer slechte service en erg onvriendelijk personeel. wij slapen in dienten en hebben bij porti sport een skidepot, echter heeft deze winkel iedere dag een middag pauze van 11 uur tot 14.30 en kom je dus niet meer aan je skies als je je niet aan hun tijden aanpast. elke ochtend bij het ophalen van de skies en in de middag met het terug brengen word het met pijn en moeite weer aangenomen. wij zijn erg teleurgesteld hoe deze shop omgaat met hun klanten en wij zullen hier ook niet meer naar toe gaan. dienten is zo een leuk dorp en zo´n slechte shop met sacherijnig personeel past hier hellemaal niet bij! omdat wij afhankelijk zijn van een skidepot gaan wij volgend seizoen in maria alm wat zoeken.
very poor service and very unfriendly staff. we sleep in serving and have a ski depot at porti sport, however, this shop has an afternoon break every day from 11 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. every morning when picking up the skies and in the afternoon with the return, it is accepted again with pain and effort. we are very disappointed how this shop deals with their customers and we will not go there again. serving is such a nice village and such a bad shop with grumpy staff doesn't fit in at all! because we are dependent on a ski depot, we are going to look for something in maria alm next season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte mein Bike zur Reparatur, ein super Service besser geht es wirklich nicht. Super schnelle Reparatur obwohl das Geschäft schon geschlossen hatte und das Bike wurde mir danach zum Appartement gebracht. dafür gibt es 10 Sterne von mir. Nochmal vielen Dank. Schöne Grüße aus Thüringen.
Had my bike to be repaired, a great service really couldn't be better. Super quick repairs even though the shop was closed and the bike was brought to my apartment afterwards. I got 10 stars for that. Thank you again. Greetings from Thuringia.
