K	K K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In der Faschingswoche herrschte totales Chaos. Viel zu wenig Schuhe im Verleih. Selten so schlechtes Material bekommen. Der Chef war trotz allem nett und bemüht, der Kerl mit den Dreadlocks jedoch war sehr unhöflich und frech. Den Typen kann man eigentlich nicht auf Kunden los lassen. There was total chaos in the Mardi Gras week. Far too few shoes in the rental. Rarely get such bad material. The boss was nice and tried anyway, but the guy with the dreadlocks was very rude and cheeky. You can't really let go of the guy on customers.
F	Freesurf79 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toller Skishop direkt neben der Gondel, besser geht's nicht. Top Betreuung von A-Z, Skiverleih lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. So soll es sein ;-) Great ski shop right next to the gondola, it couldn't be better. Top care from A-Z, ski rental leaves nothing to be desired. That's how it should be ;-)

S	Simeon Nyhuis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mountain Kart fahren an sich macht wirklich Spaß, aber nur wenn man auch schön 3-4 Stunden gewartet hat. Reservierung einen Tag vorher ging nicht, außerdem musste man erst nach oben fahren, um von den schönen 3 Stunden Wartezeit zu erfahren. Wirklich richtige Organisationstalente hier am Werk, das ist Quatsch mit Sauce. Noch mehr Spaß macht es auch nur, wenn man vorher schön eine Stunde Bus gefahren ist. Kleine Anregung, macht euch ne Internetseite, wo aktuelle Wartezeiten stehen oder man reservieren kann, wir sind in 2021. Mountain karting in itself is really fun, but only if you've waited 3-4 hours. Reservation the day before was not possible, and you had to go up first to find out about the nice 3 hour waiting time. Really good organizational talent at work here, that's nonsense with sauce. It's only even more fun if you've traveled by bus for an hour beforehand. Small suggestion, make your own website, where current waiting times are or you can make reservations, we are in 2021.

L	Laura Schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war sehr schwer für mich Skischuhe zu finden (schmale Füße,Skischuhe müssen sehr eng sitzen), nach dem 4. Paar hatte ich dann endlich Glück. Nach dem ich dann gesagt habe das ich die Skischuhe nicht kaufen möchte, kam nur : „dann muss ich sie ihnen jetzt wieder wegnehmen“ (Es war 14:30 Uhr…). Er wollte mir andere geben, die ich nicht gut fande… Das Personal war sehr nett, deswegen auch die 2 Sterne bis auf einige Ausnahmen! Also ich leihe mir da nie wieder mehr Skischuhe! Habe mich persönlich da nicht gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Hab mir dann den nächsten Tag Schuhe in Filzmoos geliehen, wo es reibungslos geklappt hat ? It was very difficult for me to find ski boots (narrow feet, ski boots have to be very tight), after the 4th pair I finally got lucky. After I said that I didn't want to buy the ski boots, I only said: "Then I have to take them away from you again" (It was 2:30 p.m....). He wanted to give me others that I didn't like... The staff was very nice, that's why the 2 stars with a few exceptions! Well, I'll never rent ski boots there again! Personally, I didn't feel that I was in good hands. Then the next day I borrowed shoes in Filzmoos, where it worked smoothly ?
R	Romy DH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the worst experience with klaus verlein in Mühlbach. Rented snowboard boots and boards for 2 days. Upon arrival, staff was unfriendly and slow. After half a day of boarding both of us had blisters, turns out the boots were BROKEN ON THE INSIDE. The blisters only got worse on the second day. When complaining upon returning the boots, the staff dismissed us as if we were exaggerating, and most certainly did not apologise or offer a refund. I strongly discourage anyone from renting here. Especially if you like your feet blister-free.

She did not learn a thing during the 4 hours of lessons that she took. The instructor (Florian I think his name was) did not anticipate on expanding the skiing skills.
