Die Beratung war prima, der Ski passt genau zu der Charakteristik die ich wollte. An einem unserer (älteren) Ski war ein Teil der Bindung verloren gegangen, hier hat man uns sofort freundlich geholfen und das Teil nachbestellt und sogar (kostenlos!) nach Hause gesandt. Top-Service, da gehen wir wieder hin! We bought a new ski there, had our shoes adjusted and brought other skis to service - all to our complete satisfaction. The advice was great, the ski fits the characteristics I wanted. Part of the binding on one of our (older) skis was lost, here they immediately helped us in a friendly manner and reordered the part and even sent it home (free of charge!). Top service, we'll go there again!

Dieses Jahr haben wir Abends vergessen, die Ski zurückzubringen und dann erst morgens um 9 Uhr zurückgebracht - dafür wurde uns ein ganzer Tag berechnet, was ich etwas schade fand, aber in der Summe sind die Preise ja sehr gut und fair und wir kommen auch nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. We rent our cross-country skis here for a week each year and are very satisfied. Good material, fast and friendly service, fair prices. This year we forgot to bring the skis back in the evening and returned at 9 in the morning - we were charged a full day, which was a pity, but overall the prices are very good and fair and we will come next Year gladly again.

Das Abholen inkl. kurzer Rücksprache zur richtigen Wahl des Modells, einstellen und registrieren dauerte keine 10 Minuten. Zu dem Zeitpunkt waren jedoch auch kaum andere Kunden da und kamen daher sofort dran. Sehr zu empfehlen! Very fast, friendly and competent service. I booked some skis online for my daughter (12). Picking up including brief consultation on the correct choice of model, setting and registering took less than 10 minutes. At the time, however, there were hardly any other customers and it was therefore immediately their turn. We recommend!

Dankeschön! Very fair treatment when renting cross-country skis! We even got money back when we returned the equipment a little early! That's great! Thank you very much!
