★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented prepaid for 8 days yet We have to return the ski on day one rught away after only 20 minutes (Invoice no 36159) and the staff was kind enough to assist and to arrange refund later. We could niot get our requested skis as the shops ware almost out of skis hence the return without proceeding.
The staff did tried to find more ski, however it was peak period and despite searching from different stores they could not find the correct ski for us.
We are still awaiting the refund. Thanks for yr service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression, awful. And things only got worse. Arrived to a disorganised and manic shop floor on Saturday. We had pre-ordered and pre-paid for our skis for the week but this didn’t make any difference as we were still made to individually ‘check in’ and fill out the same information (height, weight, name etc.) again. The pre-booking clearly meant nothing to the shop as they did not reserve anything we had chosen online. The system in the shop led only to chaos, it reminded us more of a supermarket!
After paying a higher price for ‘advanced’ skis, the shop still tried to get away with giving us beginner level skis.
Then to top off the experience here, when trying to return our skis on the last day staff refused to take us in (despite there still being plenty of customers in the store). When we questioned why we were being turned away, the tall, bald ‘manager’ rudely replied “it’s not our problem”. This reply was repeated multiple times when trying to make sense of the situation. Staff physically pushed us out of the store by shutting the large glass doors in our faces, and equipment. Could not believe we were being treated like this especially after supporting the business in a difficult period of time. Plenty of other, much more helpful, ski shops in St Anton that you can hire from. Do not go here!
