Am ersten Tag wurden mir zu große Ski-Schuhe gegeben und zu sportliche Ski, aufgrund meiner zu langen Abstinenz vom Ski fahren. Das stellte sich am 2 Tag heraus als ich mit Krämpfen in beiden Füßen da angetanzt bin und mir ein anderer Mitarbeiter gesagt hat das die Schuhe eine ganze Nummer zu groß waren. Wer die dir ausgeliehen hat, hat keine Ahnung sagte er zu mir. Nach Planung der Tage beschlossen wir nur 6 Tage statt 7 zu fahren, der Mitarbeiter buchte zuerst 7 ein. Wir fragten ob es dann günstiger wäre 6 statt 7 zu fahren und ob man es sponan entscheiden könnte und am Ende verrechnet wird. Das wurde uns von 2 Mitarbeitern bestätigt. Am 6 Tag dort angekommen war es zu erst egal ob 6 oder 7 Tage, das hat den gleichen fixen Preis sagt mir wieder ein neuer Mitarbeiter, zudem war es der falsche Preis der mir am 1 Tag per Quittung übermittelt wurde. Mir wurde gesagt es siond fixe Preise und der erste Preis ist nicht relevant sondern der jetzige. Ich beschwerte mich über die Umgangsweise und unfaire Bahandlung von Kunden. Ich bekam eine letzte dreiste Aussage zu hören, beim Gehen, du kannst sie ja morgen wieder abholen und noch nen Tag fahren. Ich erklärte dem inkompetenten Mann dass ich meinen Urlaub, nach Aussage eines anderer Mitarbeiters von Anfang anders geplant habe, da das Wetter halt nicht mitspielte und der Verleih eigentlich günstiger hätte sein sollen. Ich rate euch einen anderen Verleih zu nutzen aber niemlas diesen Laden. Ich würde am liebsten keinen Stern verteilen, dass gibt das Google-Programm aber nicht her. We asked if it would be cheaper 6 instead of 7 to drive and if it could decide spontaneously and will be charged at the end. This was confirmed by 2 employees. Arrived there on the 6th day, it was all the same whether 6 or 7 days, that has the same fixed price tells me again a new employee, moreover it was the wrong price on the 1 day by receipt sent. I was told it was fixed prices and the first price is not relevant but the current one. I complained about the handling and unfair treatment of customers. I got a last brazen statement to hear while walking, you can pick her up tomorrow and drive another day. I explained to the incompetent man that I have planned my vacation differently, according to another employee from the beginning, since the weather did not play along and the rental should actually have been cheaper. I advise you to use another rental but never this store. I would prefer not to distribute a star, but that does not produce the Google program.
