Nebenbei habe ich mit meinen Spezln die auch dabei waren, wertvolle Tipps bekommen. Herzlichen Dank nochmal! Absolute professionals! I had big problems with my gearshift at the Stoneman. My bike was repaired without hesitation. This service is sensational! In addition, I got valuable tips with my specialists who were also there. Thank you again!

Kurze Frage, kurzer Blick vom Chef und ab in den Werkstatt- Keller. Dort hat ein Mitarbeiter sich umgehend meiner Problematik angenommen und die passende Speiche unter gefühlt 50.000 gefunden, RESPEKT! Rad raus, Speiche rein, Luft drauf und weiter ging es! Das ganze hat insgesamt nur ca. 45 Min gedauert! Super nett, stark kompetent und über Kosten müssen wir nicht reden, absolut fair! Ich muss deshalb einfach mal DANKE auf diesem Weg sagen und kann „Tri Alpin“ nur weiterempfehlen! STARK JUNGS! :) A fantastic service in case of need! I suffered a broken spoke in the rear wheel of the “Stoneman” and looked for the direct route to “Tri Alpin”. Quick question, quick look from the boss and off to the workshop basement. There an employee immediately took care of my problem and found the right spoke from what felt like 50,000, RESPECT! Wheel out, spoke in, air on and off we went! The whole thing only lasted about 45 minutes! Super nice, highly competent and we don't have to talk about costs, absolutely fair! So I just have to say THANK YOU on this way and can only recommend “Tri Alpin”! STRONG BOYS! :)

Wir fragen, ob es ein gutes Bikegeschäft im Ort gibt, sofortige Auskunft mit Empfehlung. Wir kommen ins Geschäft, ein Blick vom Berater, dann ab in die Werkstatt. Dort wird sofort mit der Reparatur begonnen, das ganze Programm, Laufrad raus, Kassette runter, Speiche ersetzt, tubeless wieder installiert und alles zusammenschraubt. Wir trinken einen Kaffee, besichtigen kurz den Ort, kaufen noch Bikeausrüstung und weiter gehts. Das Ganze dauert keine Stunde zu einem fairen Preis. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt, besser geht es nicht. Schnell, kompetent und freundlich. Die Geschäftsführer sind selber anscheinend begeisterte Sportler, das merkt man einfach. TOP JOB. Bike tour in Pongau / Radstadt, a spoke from the rear carbon wheel tears. We ask if there is a good bike shop in town, immediate information with a recommendation. We get into the shop, one look from the consultant, then off to the workshop. The repair work begins immediately there, the whole program, wheel out, cassette down, spoke replaced, tubeless reinstalled and everything screwed together. We have a coffee, briefly visit the place, buy some bike equipment and we go on. The whole thing doesn't take an hour at a fair price. I've never experienced anything like this, it couldn't be better. Fast, competent and friendly. The managing directors are apparently enthusiastic athletes themselves, you can easily tell. TOP JOB.

De service was vlot, de volgende middag konden we zijn wiel weer ophalen. Normale prijs. My husband had a broken spoke during the 2nd ride of our holiday. Tri Alpin responded quickly to our email. The service was smooth, the next afternoon we were able to pick up his wheel again. Normal price.
