Always served in a friendly manner. Although I sometimes have problems finding the right ski boot, this is the only rental where I have been able to patiently, professionally and successfully rent a ski boot. I really like going in there every time. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Intersport befindet sich direkt unterm Lift. Davor befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz. Die Online Reservierung hat super geklappt. So konnten wir die Ausrüstung am Nachmittag zuvor ohne Probleme abholen. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und kompetent.
The Intersport is located directly under the lift. There is a large parking lot in front of it. The online reservation worked great. So we were able to pick up the equipment the afternoon before without any problems. The employee was very nice and competent.

Als ich die Brille umtauschen wollte wurde ich nur auf den Hersteller verwiesen und mit meinem Problem alleine gelassen. Kundensupport Fehlanzeige - ich werde hier nicht nochmal etwas kaufen.
I had bought a high-quality goggles last year and unfortunately only after the purchase saw that they had a crack on the glass. When I wanted to exchange the glasses I was only referred to the manufacturer and left alone with my problem. Customer Support Nil - I will not buy something here again.

Bei der Online Reservierung von Skiausrüstung ist die Preisgestaltung aber irreführend. Angeblich bekommt man laut Website bei allen Online-Buchungen 10% Rabatt; Auf der Bestellübersicht war aber keinerlei Rabatt enthalten.
Nur auf Nachfrage bei Abholung wurden mir 5% Rabatt gewährt; 10% Rabatt gäbe es angeblich nur bei gleichzeitiger Online-Zahlung, was so nicht klar ersichtlich ist.

When booking ski equipment online, pricing is misleading. Allegedly you get according to website with all online bookings 10% discount; On the order overview but no discount was included.
Only on demand when picking me 5% discount granted; 10% discount would allegedly only with simultaneous online payment, which is not clear.

Als sich meine Skier nach erstem Tag als nicht passend gezeigt haben, war ein Wechsel ohne Probleme möglich. Einfach super ?
Top business, where we have already borrowed all of our ski equipment for our family of five. The staff and the boss are very friendly and courteous. When my skis turned out to be unsuitable after the first day, a change was possible without any problems. Simply great ?
