★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir Wanderschuhe gekauft. Eine sehr nette Bedienung (junges Mädchen). Ich war unsicher bzgl. Größe und ihr Kollege half mir dann bei der Größenauswahl. Als ich dann wandern ging, stellte sich für mich heraus, dass die Schuhe doch zu knapp waren. Lt. Internetportal von Intersport kann man die Schuhe nach 1x-igem Tragen umtauschen. In der Filiale wurde ich wieder von dem jungen Mädchen und einer Kollegin empfangen und sie teilte mir mit, dass dies bei ihnen nicht üblich sei. Trotzdem wurden die Schuhe anstandslos zurückgenommen. Danke nochmals für die Kulanz. Komme bei Gelegenheit wieder.
Bought hiking boots. A very nice waitress (young girl). I was unsure about the size and then her colleague helped me with the size selection. When I went hiking, it turned out that my shoes were too tight. Lt. The Intersport Internet portal allows you to exchange shoes after they have been worn once. In the branch I was received again by the young girl and a colleague and she informed me that this was not common with them. Nevertheless, the shoes were taken back without hesitation. Thanks again for the goodwill. I will come back on occasion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired a bike from here and the stand snapped off when I stood the bike up on it's back wheel. This is something I have been able to do on every mountain bike I have ever ridden without issue as it makes maneuvering the bike while dismounted easier.
Upon returning the bike the staff were very blunt and I had to pay the full retail price for a new stand of the same kind.
I tried to explain that the stand is not suitable for the bike but my explanation and demonstration fell on deaf ears.
I hope the next innocent person doesn't snap it off!
