Womit ich leider überhaupt nicht zufrieden bin, sind die Serviceleistungen. Mein Snowboard habe ich mit komplett rostigen Kanten zurückbekommen, eine Anfrage wegen eines Fahrrads wurde nach Rücksprache mit dem Chef überhaupt abgeschmettert. Wer Laufschuhe o. ä. braucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben, für Serviceleistungen werde ich in Zukunft auf Alternativen ausweichen. As far as sales are concerned, you are given good advice, and the selection is also ok. The fact that the business looks a bit untidy wouldn't bother me either. What I'm not at all satisfied with are the services. I got my snowboard back with completely rusty edges, an inquiry about a bike was rejected after consulting the boss. Anyone who needs running shoes or the like is in good hands here, for services I will switch to alternatives in the future.

Laut Aussage von Geschäftsinhaber fühlt Er sich veräppelt wenn man erwähnt, dass ein anderes Geschäft jetzt mehr Rabatt gewährt. War nicht erfreut über dieses Gespräch, werde nicht so schnell dieses Geschäft mehr betreten Large selection, seller good advice, only competitors are not allowed to be mentioned. Ein Angestellter nahm mein Rad mit in eine Art Abstellkammer oder eine möchtegern Werkstatt - ich begleitete ihn - daraufhin wurde ich mehrfach angeschrien: "Gehen Sie da raus" - ich wollte lediglich bei der Montage eines Ständers an meinem Bike dabeisein. Das Warenangebot ist zu groß für die geringe Fläche, aber trotzdem, oder gerade deswegen, finde ich immer was für mich. Die Preise sind angemessen bis günstig. I like this place, even if it is to be seen as overloaded. The range of goods is too large for the small area, but anyway, or perhaps because of that, I always find something for me. The prices are reasonable to cheap.
