E	Erich Haas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War vor drei Wochen in der Radfahr Abteilung weil ich einen Bremsteil gebraucht habe und es waren sehr nette Verkäufer vor 3 Wochen. Der auch sofort nachgesehen hat was der Teil kosten würde. Leider war der Teil nicht vorhanden. Jetzt wollte ich wieder nachfragen ob sie den Teil schon bekommen haben. Ein jüngerer Verkäufer kam mir zu Hilfe und suchte denn Teil. Da er ihn nicht fand fragte er seinen Mitarbeiter der was in der Werkstatt arbeitet. Dieser ältere Mechaniker mit weißem Bart war aber sehr mürrisch erzählte mir auf meine Frage was der Ersatzteil kosten würde. Naja vielleicht 10 Euro oder vielleicht auch 6 Euro also großes Rätselraten ? Da er ist nicht wusste, sagte ich ihm er soll doch in Computer nachsehen. Das braucht er nicht den er hat den Preis vor sich ?? Weiß zwar nicht wo das sein hätte können. Dazu sagt er noch ich wäre sehr unfreundlich zu ihm gewesen. Ich weiß zwar nicht wer unfreundlich war denn ich hatte ja nur nachgefragt ob der Teil schon vorhanden ist, und habe ihm wahrscheinlich in seiner Arbeit gestört. Es ist so dass es nette Mitarbeiter gibt in der Rad Abteilung und auch sehr Unfreundliche. Werde mir den Teil auch woanders besorgen. Was in the cycling department three weeks ago because I needed a brake part and there were very nice salespeople 3 weeks ago. He also immediately checked what the part would cost. Unfortunately, the part was not there. Now I wanted to ask again whether they have already received the part. A younger salesman came to my aid and looked for part. Since he couldn't find it, he asked his employee who worked in the workshop. This older mechanic with a white beard was very grumpy and told me what the replacement part would cost when I asked. Well maybe 10 euros or maybe 6 euros so big guesswork? Since he didn't know, I told him to look in the computer. He doesn't need that because he has the price in front of him? I don't know where that could have been. He also says I was very unkind to him. I don't know who was unfriendly because I only asked if the part was already there, and I probably disturbed him in his work. It is so that there are nice employees in the bike department and also very unfriendly. I'll get the part somewhere else too.

Daher fanden wir dann gemeinsam den richtigen Ski für mich. I was looking for skis for the new season. Я видел как парень все смотрел через окно, где стол касса у выхода, боялся что поцарапаю его ценность. Отвратительно. Someone a store employee put his car on a bicycle parking lot. I saw how the guy all looked through the window, where the cashier's desk was at the exit, was afraid that I would scratch his value. Disgusting.

Der Abholtermin wurde pünktlich eingehalten und die Fahradübernahme mit Einschulung war top. Auch die Nachbetreuung sehr nett und kompetent. Kann ich nur empfehlen dort einzukaufen. Great Intersport branch with super motivated salespeople. Bought my wife's e-bike there and received super competent advice. The pick-up date was kept on time and the bike pick-up with training was great. The aftercare was also very nice and competent. I can only recommend shopping there.
