M	Matthias Malek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Großes Sortiment, etwas lieblos sortiert. Viiiiiiel zu viele Mitarbeiter.... ca. 2 bis 4 pro Kunden. Fast schon lästig, wenn man bei einem Einkauf vier mal gefragt wird ob man etwas braucht. Fahrradständer weiter als jeder der Parkplätze vom Eingang entfernt.... eigentlich eine Schande für ein Sportgeschäft. Zur Antwort... Nicht übersehen.... Dennoch im letzten Winkel gefunden. Darüber hinaus nicht wirklich für Mountainbikes geeignet! Und zu den Verkäufern..... Coaches... wollte eigentlich kein Training sondern Kletterbedarf kaufen, wobei ich nicht gut beraten wurde. Quantität ersetzt leider selten Qualität. Und zu guter Letzt, lieber Herr Inhaber, sind wir nicht per DU! Large assortment, sorted a bit carelessly. Viiiiiiel too many employees .... about 2 to 4 per customer. Almost annoying when you are asked four times when shopping if you need something. Bike racks further than any of the parking lots from the entrance .... actually a shame for a sports shop. To the answer ... Not overlooked .... Still found in the last corner. In addition, not really suitable for mountain bikes! And to the sellers ..... coaches ... actually didn't want to buy training but climbing equipment, and I was not given good advice. Unfortunately, quantity rarely replaces quality. And last but not least, dear owner, we are not by YOU!

R	Regina Tauchner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oje, die "Fachberatung" existiert leider nicht. Ein Mitarbeiter sagt mir, was er glaubt, räumt aber ein, sich nicht auszukennen. Er hole jemanden. Nach langem fragt er, ob ich diejenige wäre, die gefragt hat. Er habe jetzt im Internet nachgeschaut... Bei einem zweiten Produkt verhielt es sich ähnlich, wobei ich vermute, dass auch Deutschkenntnisse im Fachbereich hilfreich wären... immerhin war diese MA bemüht und konnte mir nach einiger Zeit sagen, dass es das nicht gibt. Nach 35 Min. unverrichter Dinge gegangen... Oh dear, the "specialist advice" does not exist. An employee tells me what he believes, but admits that he doesn't know his way around. He'll get someone. After a long time he asks if I was the one who asked. He has now looked it up on the internet ... The situation was similar with a second product, although I suspect that knowledge of German in the specialist area would also be helpful ... after all, this MA made an effort and was able to tell me after a while that it doesn't exist. After 35 minutes, things went unrefined ...

Ging extra zurück ins Geschäft und hat sie mir gegeben ganz toll. Kundenservice auf höchsten Niveau. So hatte doch noch ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Sohn. I would give 10 stars if I could. Even though the employee still handed me the goods. Went back to the store and gave it to me really great. Customer service at the highest level. So I still had a birthday present for my son.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die sich sehr gut auskennen und einem alles ganz genau erklären. auf alle Fälle ein Besuch Wert. It's small but nice and has great products and what I liked best, that they have almost all ON shoes in stock. Very friendly staff who are very knowledgeable and explain everything to you in detail. Definitely worth a visit.
