V	V Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe ein Holzspielzeug für Babys von Haba gekauft. Als ich es Zuhause mit Wasser gewaschen habe, ging sofort sehr viel blaue Farbe ab. Nachdem ich extra wieder hingefahren bin, um es zurückzugeben (erklärt sich wohl von selbst, dass man das einem Säugling nicht geben kann), hat die Verkäuferin furchtbar unfreundlich reagiert und selbst versucht, es feucht abzuwischen. Nachdem bei ihr keine Farbe abgegangen ist, hat sie sich geweigert, das Spielzeug zurückzunehmen und mir vorgeworfen wohl ein Putzmittel verwendet zu haben. Nachdem ich mehrmals erklärt habe, dass ich es nur mit Wasser gewaschen habe, hat sie sich dennoch geweigert es zurückzunehmen "weil sie das so nicht an Haba schicken kann und nicht mehr weiterverkaufen darf". Selten so eine unfreundliche Bedienung erlebt. Das nächste Mal bestelle ich wieder in einem Onlineshop. Schade! I bought a wooden toy for babies from Haba. When I washed it with water at home, a lot of blue paint immediately came off. After I went back to give it back (it goes without saying that you can't give that to an infant), the saleswoman reacted terribly unfriendly and tried to wipe it with a damp cloth herself. After no color came off, she refused to take back the toy and accused me of using a cleaning agent. After I explained several times that I only washed it with water, she still refused to take it back "because she cannot send it to Haba and is no longer allowed to resell it". Seldom experienced such an unfriendly service. The next time I'll order from an online shop again. Pity!

Vorallem eine Dame im 1 Stock, welche wirklich gefühlt jedes Spiel kennt und einem echt toll bei der Auswahl hilft und einem die Spiele super erklärt. Gerne wieder I can really recommend it. Very friendly. Above all, a lady on the first floor, who really knows every game and who helps you really well with the selection and explains the games to you. Gladly again

Wie bestimmt vielen Rezensenten hier kommen Erinnerungen hervor, als man vor vielen vielen Jahren selbst mit seinen Eltern hier war und mit leuchtenden Augen die Spielsachen bewunderte. Die Auswahl ist durchaus umfangreich und die Angestellten machten mir einen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eindruck. Solche kleinen Geschäfte sind meines Erachtens in Zeiten von Internet und Mega Einkaufszentren ein unerlässliches Gut dass unbedingt erhalten bleiben muss. It is interesting to walk through this store, which is packed with toys. Like many reviewers here, memories emerge when you were here many years ago with your parents and admired the toys with shining eyes. The selection is quite extensive and the staff made a friendly and helpful impression. In my opinion, such small shops are an indispensable commodity in times of Internet and mega shopping centers that must be preserved.

Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und weiß immer die richtige Empfehlung, auch wenn man sich als Elternteil nicht sicher ist welches Geschenk am jesten passen könnte. Ich kann dieses Geschäft jedem empfehlen, der Geschenke für seine Liebsten sucht. Und gerade in Corobazeiten war es für mich wichtig mit meinen Weihnachtseinkäufen dieses Geschäft tatkräftig zu unterstützen. I am very happy that there are still toy shops in Linz. The service is very friendly, competent and always knows the right recommendation, even if you, as a parent, are not sure which gift would suit best. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for gifts for loved ones. And especially in Coroba times it was important for me to actively support this business with my Christmas shopping.

Da kauft man gerne fuer die Kinder. Today I was inside again and memories of the 70s were awakened. Simply a great business with a certain flair. Not like big faceless corporations. People like to buy for the children.

They can sell you the broken toy/or almost broken which you cannot give them back and get your money back. In my case it was a broken music toy which you can barely hear it and the second magnetic cubes which I didn't unpack yet. They didn't take back both toys. They show only the article from the newspaper as a "law". And when you insist on showing the real customer rights they talk to you in a rather rude way! Never ever in my life I buy in this shop anything.
