Buchungsbestätigung erhalten Geld von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Doch 24h später erhalte ich ein Stornierung. Begründung Reiseveranstalter hat kein Zimmerkontingent mehr. Somit kein Zimmer und kein Geld. Ich habe nun bereits 3 mal angerufen und noch immer kein Geld erhalten. Aktuell warte ich bereits 20 Tage auf mein Geld. I am rating the online reisewelt.at here. We booked a hotel through reisewelt.at for New Year's Eve in Tyrol, everything went smoothly. Booking confirmation will receive money from the credit card. But 24 hours later I get a cancellation. Reason The tour operator no longer has a room allotment. So no room and no money. I have already called 3 times and still have not received any money. I'm currently waiting for my money for 20 days.
