★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful location for lunch! I recommend the onion roast steak, the Wienerschnitzel and the Linzerschnitte, but also the beer. The food arrived very fast and the staff is very friendly. This is probably one of the most popular restaurants from Linz. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very pretty. It looks exactly as a traditional Austrian beer garden should look like. The food is good (I had what they describe as "deep fried chicken" which is much like a chicken schnitzel in fact, with a lovely potato salad). The beer is also good.
I struggled a bit for the waiter's attention - they were busy and I was alone, neither fact helpful.
It's not a stellar experience but a good one. Worth 4.5 but no granular rating available.
PS: in August 2021 they require a COVID certificate to go in.
