Der junge Techniker (klein und schlank), der gestern Nachmittag bei uns im Haus war, hat die Regelung und vor allem die elektrische Anbindung nach einem kurzen Blick in WP und Kesselregelung umgebaut und endlich richtig angeschlossen, sodass der Kessel bei großer Wasserentnahme (Whirlpool-Badewanne) die Heizlast für das WW übernimmt. Das war bislang nicht so eingestellt. Wie sich gezeigt hat, war nicht nur ein Draht an einer falschen Klemme sondern noch ein Relais für eine potentialfreie Anbindung erforderlich, das er schnell eingebaut hat. Danke noch einmal, der Servicetechniker war spitze! Vor etwa 10 Jahren haben wir unsere bereits in die Jahre gekommene Gasheizung durch einen Brennwertkessel der Firma Bösch ersetzt. Dieser wurde von den Mitarbeitern der Firma montiert und an die Gegebenheiten (vorhandener Allesbrenner) programmiert und konfiguriert. Seit diesem Tag haben wir fast jedes Jahr eine mittlere bis große Reparatur irgendwelcher Teile bis hin zum Komplettausfällen(!) der Heizung in den Wintermonaten. Ebenso von einer korrekten Funktionsweise in Zusammenarbeit mit dem vorhandenen Allesbrenner kann trotz duzender Versprechungen seitens dieser Firma keine Rede sein. Es ist mir nicht mehr möglich mit Holz zu heizen ohne das die Steuerung die gesamte Heizung nach kurzer Zeit abschaltet. Wenn es finanziell in einem angemessenen Rahmen wäre, hätte ich diese Heizung schon längst getauscht. Hands off! I can only advise everyone against buying from this company. About 10 years ago we replaced our old gas heating with a condensing boiler from Bösch. This was installed by the company's employees and programmed and configured for the circumstances (existing all-rounder). Since that day, almost every year we have had a medium to large repair of any parts up to complete failure (!) Of the heating in the winter months. Likewise, there can be no talk of a correct functioning in cooperation with the existing all-rounder, despite dozens of promises on the part of this company. It is no longer possible for me to heat with wood without the control unit switching off the entire heating system after a short time. If it were financially reasonable, I would have exchanged this heater long ago.

Es dauert ewig, bis man einen Termin bekommt, dann kommt ein "Techniker" vorbei, der nichts anderes macht, als einem eine Stunde lang ein neues Gerät einzureden. Dieser Termin kostet dann auch noch an die €200. Als ich wegen einem neuen Brennerproblem soeben noch einmal dort anrief, wurde ich von der Dame am Telefon laut ausgelacht (mein Brenner wäre zu alt und schon kaputt). Dringendst abzuraten!! This is pretty much the worst company I've ever encountered. It takes forever to get an appointment, then a "technician" passes by, who does nothing but talk an hour for a new device. This date then costs to the € 200. When I just called again because of a new Brenner problem, I was laughed at by the lady on the phone aloud (my burner would be too old and already broken). Urgently discouraged !!

Zwei Monate später kommt eine Rechnung mit EUR 500, diverse Posten komisch aufgeschlüsselt, inkl. Reparatur von der wir bis zum Erhalt der Rechnung nichts wussten. Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. ICH RATE ALLEN AB MIT DIESER FIRMA JEGLICHE DIENSTLEISTUNG ZU VEREINBAREN. DIE POSITIVEN REZESSIONEN SIND VON MITARBEITERN GESCHRIEBEN. I have arranged for thermal maintenance, on request the employee told me that it would not cost much more than EUR 100. Two months later I received an invoice with EUR 500, various items strangely broken down, including repairs that we didn't know about until we received the invoice. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I advise everyone to agree to any service with this company. THE POSITIVE RECESSIONS ARE WRITTEN BY EMPLOYEES.

Nach Reklamation der Rechnung gegenüber Kostenvoranschlag (sollte man sich einholen) anstandslos korrigiert! Leider das falsche Ersatzteil mit dabei ohne Zusatzkosten prompt geholt. Verbesserungswürdig ist das Zeitmanagement! - Nächstes Services gerne wieder! Repair and maintenance of my condensing gas system Weishaupt - good work by Mr. Jacob! After complaining about the invoice against the cost estimate (should be obtained) corrected without any problems! Unfortunately, the wrong spare part was picked up promptly at no additional cost. Der Techniker von Bösch hat das Problem souverän gelöst und Bösch war dabei extrem entgegenkommend. Danke dafür! Great problem-solving skills: When I commissioned my Weishaupt thermal bath, there was a problem because the electrician had not done something correctly.
