Bei der Abholung hat mir Jacqueline wertvolle Tipps gegeben und war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Ein tolles Team kann ich nur empfehlen und mein neues bike ist einfach nur genial! Dankeschön und weiter so!!! Great bike shop !! The boss personally gave me great advice and found the right bike for me. When I was picked up, Jacqueline gave me valuable tips and was also very helpful. I can only recommend a great team and my new bike is just awesome! Thank you and keep it up !!!

The cappuccino was delicious and the shop is full of nice things, As a result we bought a saddle :) The next morning we picked our saddle just in time to say hi to the girls team starting their ride in LIV command uniform.

They then let me know what the problem was, and although they were unable to assist me further they forwarded me onto another bike shop that could. The store is well kept and organised, and I can tell there is a positive working environment between staff members. I highly recommend this store.

It was a true opportunity to be fitted by someone who is not only a professional at all things bicycle, but also a pro rider. To benefit from the experience of someone with so much time in the saddle at a competitive level was incredible. The staff at Speed Planet know what it takes to help you get the best out of your bike, your gear and your body. The positive difference after the fitting is very noticeable. I have been in many many bike shops all over the world, and I would recommend Speed Planet as a top shop!! Thanks!
I	Iain Rochford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and competent staff. I have used the store regularly for service and repairs to multiple bikes (mtb and road). Peter has often gone out of his way to provide sound advice and solutions. On the few occasions when things have not been perfect, the mechanics have been willing to rectify the situation immediately. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that it has sometimes been necessary to wait several weeks for a workshop appointment, which is not really convenient for a regular customer who rides 200km per week and needs his bikes!. To be fair, this is quite common for bike shops everywhere, especially in these Covid times. I would have bought a bike too, but unfortunately Covid has also affected the supply chain so I had to go elsewhere for a gravel bike. Highly recommended and worth a visit!

We brought a tire from our BOB stroller (USA) here to be fixed and were very happy with folks speaking English and letting us know it would be ready as soon as the next day. However, no one ever called us and when we went back five days later, we received our stroller with a still flat tire and 25Euro bill. We cannot recommend this place, unfortunately.
