 Great store with knowledgeable and well trained staff. The seller took his time and gave me the best advice. I can recommend it with a clear conscience and would buy a new bike from the bikeStore again at any time!!

We arrived very early on Saturday morning as we were told they get very busy on Saturday, and they really do. We booked two bikes prior to arriving and they were ready and waiting when we got there. Sebastiaan started assisting us the moment we walked into the store. He was polite, friendly and very helpful. Being new to Vienna fresh from South Africa, we don’t speak a word of German. This did not bother Sebastiaan at the least, if anything it made him more attentive as he explained everything to us and took nothing for granted. I can highly recommend this store and the Cube brand, we rode the bikes home which was a great test of these awesome machines, and when Sebastiaan heard we were riding home, he took the water bottles and filled them with water for us as well. Great service, what an absolute pleasure.
