A	Amanda Larissa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frechheit! Prinzipiell war ich immer sehr gerne und oft hier, aber das werd ich künftig nicht mehr sein! Das Essen war immer gut, aber das Personal wird immer frecher und unfreundlicher und heute haben sies echt geschafft langjährige Stammkunden zu vergraulen! Wir wollten heute zur Abwechslung mal Spare Ribs mit nach Hause nehmen (sonst essen wir immer vor Ort), um einen Filmeabend daheim zu machen. Mittwoch ist Spare Ribs Tag, da gibt's die immer günstiger! Als wir gerade unsere Bestellung aufgegeben haben, meinte der Mitarbeiter, dass wir dann aber den teureren Preis zahlen müssen, wenn wir nicht im Lokal essen. Wir hätten uns in der Wartezeit sogar was zu trinken bestellt..Jetzt frag ich mich wieso sollten wir mehr Geld zahlen, wenn wir weniger Aufwand bereiten, keine Bedienung brauchen und keine Teller/Besteck anpatzen? Das kommt ihnen ja sogar günstiger! Der Mitarbeiter wollte nicht mit sich reden lassen..dass diese angebliche Regel vollkommen unlogisch ist, ist scheinbar irrelevant! Auch in der Karte ist diese 'Regel' nirgends vermerkt! Ich kann mir nur schwer vorstellen dass der Inhaber davon weiß, der ist normalerweise ein sehr korrekter und angenehmer Mensch! Aber nachdem die Bedienung auch sonst die letzten Male immer wieder unsere Bestellung vertauscht hat und nicht sehr freundlich war, werden wir uns jetzt Mal sehr lange distanzieren! Vielleicht werden irgendwann mal wieder neue, kompetente Kellner beschäftigt... Cheek! In principle, I was always happy and often here, but I won't be in the future! The food was always good, but the staff is getting more and more cheeky and unfriendly and today they really managed to put off long-standing regular customers! Today we wanted to take spare ribs home for a change (otherwise we always eat on site) to make a movie night at home. Wednesday is Spare Ribs Day, so they are always cheaper! When we just placed our order, the employee said that we would have to pay the more expensive price if we didn't eat in the restaurant. We would even have ordered something to drink in the waiting time. Now I wonder why should we pay more money when we spend less effort, don't need to be served and don't mess with plates / cutlery? That’s even cheaper for them! The employee did not want to be talked to .. that this supposed rule is completely illogical is apparently irrelevant! This 'rule' is not noted anywhere on the map either! I can hardly imagine that the owner knows about it, he is usually a very correct and pleasant person! But after the waitress has switched our order again and again the last few times and was not very friendly, we will now distance ourselves for a long time! Maybe at some point new, competent waiters will be employed again ...

Bemerkenswert auch die nagelneuen gigantischen Flatscreens, auf denen Sport-TV zu sehen ist. Die Karte ist eine Sensation! Alles was das Herz begehrt - vor allem wenn man gegrilltes und Lowcarb mag - aber es gibt auch reichlich vegetarische Köstlichkeiten. Top Spareribs und mehrere Top Biere vom Fass. Der Boss steht selbst im Lokal und sorgt für die gute Küche und das freundliche Team. Netter Typ! Alles perfekt! Very good pub in the style of an American dinner, top interior design, everything new, very bright and friendly. Also noteworthy are the brand new giant flat screens on which sports TV can be seen. The card is a sensation! Everything your heart desires - especially if you like grilled and low carb - but there are also plenty of vegetarian delicacies. Top spare ribs and several top beers on tap. The boss himself is in the restaurant and takes care of the good cuisine and the friendly team. Nice guy! Everything perfect!

Man versteht es wenn eine Bestellung sofort storniert wird, kann mal vorkommen dass es so ausgelastet ist, aber durch die Wartezeit waren nun alle anderen Geschäfte geschlossen und man geht nun hungrig ins Bett. Sowas ist absolut nicht in Ordnung, schon garnicht bei einer großen Bestellung wie wir sie getätigt haben. Essen war sonst immer in Ordnung, aber da war jemand einfach wohl faul. You order through MJAM, wait over half an hour, only to get the order canceled. You understand when an order is canceled immediately, it can happen that it is so busy, but due to the waiting time all other shops were closed and you now go to bed hungry. Something like that is absolutely not okay, especially not with a large order like the one we placed. Food was always okay, but someone was just lazy.
