Dies war auch gut so, denn ohne einen Termin, entweder eine sehr lange Wartezeit oder man kommt gar nicht dran. Die Person am Telefon war sehr sehr freundlich und hatte eine sehr sympathische Stimme. Bei der Begrüßung wurden wir gefragt, ob wir aus Kärnten kommen. Das bejahten wir natürlich. Wir wurden nach unserem Anliegen gefragt. Wirklich ein sehr freundliches Personal.
