Dann bot er mir ein Set von neuen Reifen an. Leider stimmte ich zu, und musste kurz darauf feststellen, dass ich diese wo anders um ca 100 EUR billiger bekommen hätte. Ich bat den Service-Mann, diese Bestellung zu stornieren. Obwohl ich anstandslos Stornogebühr bezahlte und mich obendrein noch entschuldigte, wurde mir die Einlagerung meiner neuen Reifen verweigert, obwohl ich schon viele Jahre dort ein Reifen-Depot hatte. Was a regular customer for 15 years. When changing the service man made me aware that the summer tires have already left. So far so good. Then he offered me a set of new tires. Unfortunately, I agreed, and found out shortly afterwards that I would have gotten this elsewhere by about 100 EUR cheaper. I asked the service man to cancel this order. Although I paid cancellation fee without hesitation and apologized on top of that, I was refused the storage of my new tires, although I had a tire depot there for many years.
